Hancock Signature Roofing did a great job on our roof! They fit us into their busy schedule when they had a cancellation. They were quick and the area was left clean when they were gone. It has been a few years since they installed the asphalt shingle roof and the roof is performing well.

Had a great experience working with this company. Michael responded to my calls and texts in a timely manner which can be a big ask for a general contractor. He addressed all of my concerns whenever they would arise and work was finished quickly. Very happy with the service provided.

Absolutely wonderful, professional service. Michael and his team are honest and trustworthy. We had some emergency roof issues due to an ice dam and resulting flood, and they couldn't have been more helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again.

We have worked with Michael on three different occasions. He is reliable and does excellent work. On one of our roofing jobs, several shingles were a little bent and would have straightened out in the sun, but he replaced them right away so it looked perfect from the start. We just called for a quote on another job and are looking forward to working with him again.

Hancock Roofing was great to work with. They fixed the leak, installed a great looking roof and replaced a rain gutter. Price was great. I would definitely use them again.

Don't hire them i sent all my plans over to them via PDF email and he still had me print them what a joke waste of $140 now he won't bring my plans back. Never made the effort to show up at our scheduled times and would never call to reschedule 3 weeks of waste of time thats all they are.

We bought a home to renovate and the roof was in pretty bad shape. Not only did the shingles need to be replaced but the roof wasn’t done correctly to begin with. I was very happy with their service!!! You can tell by their quality work that they have seen it all and have experience and know how to get things done the right way!!! I would highly recommend them.

Not even worth 1 star. Was over 2 hours late to our appointment, and no answer from the listed company phone number when called repeatedly. I did eventually get a response to an email trying to determine if he (Michael) was even coming. When he Did finally arrive, he was EXTREMELY Rude, to the point I wasn't even comfortable getting a quote from him. Called the office after he left to complain, and again no answer.

If your looking for a fair price, high quality job, and finished in a timely manner look no further. The area was always left clean and tidy, The crew was friendly, and no corners were cut.

Workers did a great job. They cleaned up every night before leaving and again when the job was finished. The roof looks fantastic.
