The before and after shots tell the story. Sent this plumber the same pictures of the water heater and the plumbing in the attic above that are in this post. Sent him measurements. He quoted a price and we agreed. He cancelled twice saying he got tied up on other jobs. My husband took off work early to be there the 2nd time he cancelled on us. The 3rd time, he took down a shelf without putting it back up and mangled the ceiling and side of the platform to get it out. He did not check the water pressure after it was done and it was barely trickling. He charged us $200 extra and then caused damage he did not fix. Then his people wanted to go fish in our pond on the way out and when they were told no, they wanted to know why. When we expressed that we were unhappy with the job they did, the owner sent long texts about how we are “that one customer” and how we have hot water and we should be grateful and “call Roto-Rooter next time so they can charge you 3 times as much.” Never did he offer an apology for the unprofessionalism. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Hancock Plumbing has taken on new ownership in this past year. Gerard and his sons have always worked hard to ensure all my plumbing needs are met. If I'm struggling with money etc, they work with me on the bill. Its hard to find a forever plumber. I am grateful I have done so. Thanks Gerard, Thomas, Gerard IV and Mark. You guys Rock .

I had a toilet stopped up on a Saturday and I Googled for a handyman / plumber and I got a price from Angie's List which was just crazy and beyond my affordability. But a friend recommended Gerald from Hancock Plumbing and the guy was absolutely amazing he was here within an hour might have been here 10 minutes and fix the problem what he charged was a great price. I would highly recommend this company for anything.
