Robert was very receptive and understanding to our situation and made quick easy work of the repairs needed. His guys Jose and Birtram did a great job showing me during and after photos of the work they did. 10/10 recommend for all your roofing needs in Alamogordo and Las Cruces.

I recently had my roof replaced by this company and I must say that they were the absolute best! Everyone involved was professional and polite and maintained open communication and addressed all of my questions promptly. They were able to complete my roof earlier than expected and they did a wonderful job not only on the roof, but on their clean-up as well. This has been one of the absolute best experiences that I have had with any type of contractor. I highly recommend anyone that needs any type of roofing service to use this company. You won't be disappointed.

I just had to write a review about this company!! They were so courteous and professional! The level of service they provided was such a breath of fresh air as we have not had such good experiences before. We have been waiting 3 months to get our roof fixed and guys just didn’t come back and stopped answering calls and text!!

Bertram was so friendly and explained everything even though he had previously told my husband. I tried to tip them and he absolutely refused to take it.
We will most definitely be giving other neighbors here in Alto Lakes your information.

This company did an outstanding job repairing my roof leak. They displayed outstanding professionalism from my initial contact to the post repair follow up. They went the "extra mile" to help me resolve invoicing with my roof installer, as the roof was under warranty (3 years old). I recommend them for any roofing issues you may have.

I know I'm probably not the easiest customer you have had to work with, I believe in hard work, with that brings professionalism. And believe me you all are professionals! I am very pleased with the end product. Several of my neighbors have commented on my new roof. I would not be surprised if your team has another job up the street from me very soon. I could go on and on with all the accolades I have recieved, but let me sum it up in one word "THOROUGH". Upon purchasing our home we had Hamilton roofing come out to analyze the Roof condition. They found a number of issues with the substructure and also damaged and missing tiles. They gave us a very reasonable proposal for the work. When we ask them to proceed with the work they actually did what they said they would do! Such a refreshing difference from many services out there. I would definitely refer them and also use them again myself.
