I returned home from work to a flooded basement and immediately got in contact with Chris at H2pro. I've never had this happen so I was unaware of the process. He arrived within a few hours of the same day and went over everything in detail with me. The company worked directly with my homeowner's insurance which saved me a lot of time and stress. The guys at H2pro were prompt, respectful of my home, quick to finish the job, and communicated with me every step of the way.

The guys at H2Pro are absolutely fantastic. No one ever wants to have to call them, but Justin and Chris were beyond professional, helpful and responsive. We were able to get them out quickly to assess and begin remediation, work with us and our insurance, answer any and all questions we had... And they did not rest until we were taken care of.

These guys are humble, hardworking and knowledgeable. They will get you sorted out. They came highly recommended to us and there's a good reason why. They are AMAZING. It's funny to say that I don't ever want to have to call them again, because I really don't want to deal with flooding, but water is inevitable and the second I see a drop in our basement, I am calling them again.
