Guyer was one of 3 quotes I got back in Jan 2023 for replacing the roof of my house. They were significantly lower than the other companies. I held off on the work longer than I should have, as shingles were blowing off my house during the recent wind storms. I was bracing myself for the re-estimate in light of escalating prices on everything over the past couple years. I was pleasantly shocked to see the increase in cost was insignificant. A Guyer crew arrived within a week and took care of everything in a single day. Aside form now having a pristine roof, you'd never know they were here. Fantastic job guys!

I was referred by a home builder to Guyer & Son Roofing and asked them to assess and replace the roof on my newly purchased 110 yr old home (which has several additions with different types of roofing materials).

Chris M. did a thorough job of evaluating the age and condition of each material and identifying which areas needed immediate replacement. He quickly turned around a detailed proposal with a clear scope of work and estimated pricing. Additionally, he proactively provided samples of different shingle colors in an effort to best fit the historic aesthetic of the house.

Leading up to construction, Chris regularly communicated with me on scheduling and resolving some unique ventilation and drip edge details. On the re-roofing day, the foreman and crew were very efficient with their time, they did an excellent job of protecting nearby obstructions, and carefully cleaned up their work area.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the end product and service I received from the entire team at Guyer & Son. I highly recommend them for roofing work on your new or old home!

Before purchasing a NH home that Guyer Roofing did a past repair, I inquired and questioned what appeared to be impending skylight/roof leak—a Guyer roof “expert” claims it was in perfect order as per his “30+ years experience”…again, I questioned the integrity of the repair and showed photos of the external area of the skylight…that was 3 weeks ago. I moved in last Thursday and the first rain storm the next day resulted in a water damage to my kitchen ceiling. Thanks John C and Guyer team for signing off on what I suspected was a potential problem, now a current problem.

Guyer & Son Roofing recently replaced our 20 year old roof. The entire process (from estimate to installation and cleanup) was smooth, efficient and professional. The roof workers were simply incredible!! This team of hard working young men scaled our very steep roof with skill, efficiency and resilience (i.e. hot temps, humidity). The team at Guyer responded to our concerns (i.e. some damage to plantings) immediately and appropriately. We would highly recommend them.

Guyer Roofing did some quality work for what I felt was a fair price, especially after being ripped off for a hack job from another roofer recently. I was very pleased to deal with Guyer and Son for the replacement of my roof. When I called for an estimate someone came the next day, made measurements, gave me a quote and a detailed list of all components to be covered by the estimate. The job was scheduled for the next available day, the crew showed up on time, and the job was completed in one day as projected. At the end of the job the entire area was cleaned up, and any property that had to be moved was returned to its place.

There was one area that needed repair, and it required a return visit. This was done immediately and professionally.

These Guys fixed a couple things on my project that had a standing seem roof and we’re on site in less then 48 hrs
