I asked why, the lead installer said, 'you're already getting a discount, you can go to HD and buy a drain add-on piece.'

Ive used Gutters by Design 2 times in the last 3 yrs.
The professional who does the estimate is top notch.
The lead installer, not so much.
The installation crew left my drain pipe short by at least 1.5 feet, when I asked why, the lead installer said, " youre already getting a discount, you can go to HD and buy a drain add on piece"
That felt like a shitty response to me, hence no review until this moment.
So, would I hire GBD again, sure, Id just ask that they not send the rude employee that made the comment.
Sorry, but, theres my review.

Callef for Quote Rep came to our House, took measurments
Give me a guote cheaper anx better product than other gutter Companys
Signed contract , group og 4 men shpwed up in a week. Made all gutter parts on site and assembled
Great jpb. Neat, and cleaned work area.
A year later all is good as new.

Tim at Gutters by Design has replaced several smaller gutters on 20 year old properties with larger and sturdier gutters and down spouts over the last two years. Always well done. When one residence had rotten wood under the aluminum cladding he coordinated another contractor to replace it and aluminum fascia covering it, in a short time. Work was always well done and installers coordinate timing of the work. Highly recommend Gutters by Design for residential installations.
