Steve looked at my gutter issue from bad installation years ago from different company. Received a timely quote and scheduled crew around my schedule. Crew came and completed job.

The 3 Technicians arrived and went right to work finishing the gutters in no time at all. When they say "4 less" they mean it. Out of 5 quotes the price was definitely the best.

Team was on time, the workmanship looks really good. They actually added something myself and crew leader discussed that helped on drainage. I also opted for gutter screens due the many trees surrounding my property. Pricing was less than my other quotes.

I am totally disappointed with the follow up service with this company. Yes they were friendly, yes they told me how great of a job they would do. As soon as it rained I had problems with the slope of several gutters. I request that the return a review the quality of the workmanship. They wanted to charge me 250$ deposit to return. Area manager Jay was unhelpful. U would not recommend based of the follow up customer service.

Be aware that they will charge you non-refundable $250 service fee after 30 days no matter it's their fault or not. However, this is a violation of their policy on the invoice, "SERVICE CALL POLICY: Any service call requested after 30 days of initial gutter installation incurs a $250 service call deposit fee. If issues are due to customer neglect, clogging, or general maintenance, a $250 service call charge applies." The policy doesn't explicitly state whether the $250 service call deposit fee is refundable. However, it does say that the fee applies "if issues are due to customer neglect, clogging, or general maintenance." This implies that if the issue is with the initial installation or a defect in the product, the fee might be waived or refunded.

Update: After Jay Rosareal, their liar representative, attempted to deceive me into removing this negative review, I will not comply. Guess he didn't realize I have a little something called a call recorder app. Stay tuned for my next TikTok, YouTube, or Twitter exposé! Also I will reopen my BBB case against them too.

Stay away from Gutters4Less. They're cheap for a reason. I wish I could give them no star at all.

In March 2024, they installed new gutters/gutter guards on my home. They didn’t notice that our house had pest exclusion metals during the pre-installation inspection. During the gutter installation, they promised to remove the metals and put them back properly if we would pay them $1000 more, which we agreed and paid.

Fast forward to September, and we noticed signs of mice in our attic. We hired the original pest exclusion metal installers to investigate, and they confirmed that Gutters4Less had damaged and improperly reinstalled the metals. When I contacted Gutters4Less about the issue, they initially denied responsibility, claiming that the damage must have occurred during the subsequent inspection. However, the inspector assured me that he had only lifted shingles to take photos and had not touched the gutters. After much back and forth, Gutters4Less finally admitted those pictures can be taken without removing or dislodging the gutters. However, they then demanded a non-refundable $250 service fee before they would even investigate the issue. This was a complete violation of their initial contract, which stated that a service call fee would only apply if the issue was due to customer neglect, clogging, or general maintenance: "SERVICE CALL POLICY: Any service call requested after 30 days of initial gutter installation incurs a $250 service call deposit fee. If issues are due to customer neglect, clogging, or general maintenance, a $250 service call charge applies."

I have been dealing with Gutters4Less for almost two months, and their communication has been incredibly frustrating. Their representative, Jay Rosareal, has lied to me about their policies and response times. They had even tried to block my phone number until I told them in email that I knew they’re blocking me and that’s not the way they should treat their customer.

I am sharing my experience to warn others about the dangers of dealing with Gutters4Less. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and explore legal options.

From my first call through installation, communication was excellent. I received a very detailed contract of services that would be provided which included pricing and a choice of gutter shields. The gutter crew was on time and fully cleaned up when they were finished. I am thoroughly satisfied. My new gutters are beautiful and material is high quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Gutters 4 Less; excellent Customer Service, no hidden fees and no push for additional products/services.

Speedy did a great job painting all the trim of my home in preparation for the new gutter install next week! Highly recommend their services.

I have a very strict budget. Like many of us I work very hard for very little money. So I did my homework and searched nearly every handyman and gutter establishment in the Atlanta area. Out of many options this company was the only one that sparked my interest. When I called I was able to speak with Steve and he was the most knowledgeable and helpful guy that I had spoke to throughout the process. Not only did he educate me on the gutters that I would be purchasing but he also gave me the lowest price around! It was a win-win situation for me! Awful company with terrible bait and switch practices. Recieved a quote for a total gutter replacement and confirmed everything with a site visit by the person who provided the quote. Signed all documents accepting thier price.

Company called the morning of the scheduled install to state that the price would increase due to more materials needed for the replacement… huh? They called BEFORE they arrived to tell me that the quote they provided was not correct and it would be more money?

I inquired as to how much more it would be and was told “we won’t know until we arrive and measure”. I asked why, if the came out and measured for the quote, did the measurements change? The person would not tell me how or why… just they it would cost me “much more” than the quoted price.

Do yourself a favor and take your buniness to someone or a company that will stand behind quotes and allow for accuracy from the start!

Yesterday I had my gutters installed. I am satisfied with the entire process. From talking to Steve to the quotes and the install. I would recommend and use them again. I will say I was not happy with where they left the dirt from the old gutters because of the appearance and I have a small dog. I could have shown them where to dump it but it was not explained. However that doesn't take away from the excellence I received from gutters4less. Thank you all.

Very poor experience. One of the downspouts is leaking and its not been a year since installation which means 1 year warranty is still valid. They would not come without a charge to inspect. There are many more downspouts which are ok so its not a cleaning issue and I get gutters cleaned twice a year.

We needed to replace our 30+ year old gutters and I called several places I got by referrals to get quotes. I received quotes from 2 of the 4 and Gutters4Less was the most prompt and best value, even factoring in the additional expense for removing and replacing our wildlife extrusion that was in our old gutters. Initial quote they gave me was for 5400$ and they changed it to 6600$ after I asked them to show me the location of downspouts.They wasted my time.

Update:Thanks for your response sir!!If I remember it correctly I asked to change location of one down spout and move it to corner that was not even 2-3ft.I am not sure how the calculation works but thanks for responding and clearing the Confusion.

We were rained out the first day but they showed on time and got the job done. Everyone involved did a great job.

Second time uses Steve and his company. This time I got my parents house updated with 6" gutters and gutter helmets. Steve was easy to work with and the job is A+. He is consistent and punctual, it's two important qualities for the home improvement industry, in my opinion.
