What an incredible joy it is to encounter and experience such professionalism and quality from a company. After asking for bids from the Better Business Bureau site, Gutter Pros were the most thorough, prompt, competitive and easily accessible of any company that responded.
Dave Sylvester, my salesperson, was extremely professional and responsive even including answering a text I sent him on a Sunday, that I hadn’t expected a response until Monday.
Deciding to replace leaking, 5 inch gutters for expertly installed, wonderful quality 6 inch gutters was made into an excellent experience by Gutter Pros. It is rare, indeed, to not discover a single weak area in a company. A fantastic experience.

GutterPros absolutely delivered. Tom Slay is the best and takes owner-level responsibility. They did my gutters and fascias in 2023 and siding & windows in 2024. There were some minor problems which were quickly fixed with the first project. In 2024 I started a major renovation of the inside and outside of the home that was supposed to be finished within a narrow timeframe while I was out of town. I hired GutterPros for windows and siding and they were the only contractor on the project who delivered on-time with top quality workmanship. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who cares, even for a project as complex as windows. No need to micro-manage or check the site everyday if ya got Tom.

They came out to do gutters and facia on 10/31. They left 2 boards unpainted and multiple scratches on the others. Have bare screws sticking out the back side and bare backing boards/blocks. The boards and blocks are unprimed, unpainted, and untreated. The minute the job was done they requested the rest of the payment I pointed out was left unfinished or half assed. They said they would be out to fix it and touch up the scratched facia boards replace the untreated and unpainted boards and fix the screws. It’s been 2 weeks no call, email, text nothing and when I call them during business hours no answer ever. So definitely go with this company if you want to over pay and get subpar work.

After these bad storms got on the roof to check things out, look for damage, etc. In all of the gutters was 10-15 screws that were unused in one gutter was a full tube of sealant that had made a massive glob next to a downspout blocking it. On top of that there is drip edge that is unattached or missing screws. There is drip edge curled up allowing water under the shingles causing rot. I’ve had screws in my yard come out of the down spouts. I’ve attached photos for proof. Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You’ll pay top dollar for professional work and get amateur hour.

Gutter pros get an A+. Dave Sylvester was our sales manager and was very descriptive and thorough with our options. We had rotting wood, soffit and needed new gutter and gutter protection. It was a fair price and A+ workmanship and communication. We are 5 star satisfied.

They reattached one of my downspouts that had fallen out of its brackets, and more securely attached all my other spouts (which were kind of shaky). They were professional and on time. I would definitely use them again

We were having issues with a wet basement due to the gutters leaking. The crew was in and out in no time. New gutters were installed and the water routed away from the foundation. They even walked the yard with a magnet to make sure any screws or nails were removed! We highly recommend!

We (MotoTireUSA) called all around to get bids for our commercial building and Gutter Pros not only came back with the best bid but they put gutters up that we wanted and DID NOT OVER SELL to us for bigger gutters. I bought a house in October last year. One of the biggest selling points were the large matured trees in my yard. Perfect for shade, perfect for tree swings, perfect placement, and all the beauty that comes along with them!! Kind of my own fairytale garden. Let's fast forward to Spring in MO - where it rains for 40 days and 40 nights in 5 hours (joking. Kind of....). My garage was flooding.
