This company is completely unresponsive to requested service calls. The gutters they installed are overflowing, and we have been calling every week trying to get someone to come and look at them. They keep telling us they are busy, and told us to call another company they recommended. They do not stand behind their work.

Sandra was so wonderful to work with during the process. Prices are reasonable
Donnie and Ronnie arrived early and did a great job. They went above beyond with customer service. Definitely recommend.

Had an issue on a lean too roof , that was done by another contractor. Tony and his crew came to the rescue! They were able to remove and replace the roof and gutters that were done completely wrong! They were there when they said and only took two days total! Would recommend them for whatever roofing need you had ! Thanks GUtter Pro!!

Great work and friendly service. Really enjoyed the experience of working with their team to figure out the design we liked. I enjoyed with the work crew. I do most things on my own because I want it done my way. I am happy working with this crew because they listen to my thoughts and still did it the right way....not necessarily my way.

We made an appointment and waited 30 minutes before we called and ask were they were. Secretary said she would check. She didn’t call back so we called AGAIN. she said the person said they came and no one here. We were sitting outside waiting on them. She said I will check again and call you back.
NEVER CALLED BACK. DONE!

Customer Service is horrible. Every time you call in they say I will give it to the owner. Then crickets...I made my last and final call today. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and getting me a lawyer. I want my money back! Installation almost 6 months ago! Don't waste your time people.

Horrible customer service! Was scheduled a install and they never called or showed up had to call them and they didn't even have me on the schedule. So reschedule for another day well guess what once again no call no show had to call them and they once again didn't have me on the schedule at this time I was ready to just give up but they came out that day and I hope they did it right because the guys weren't to happy because they had to come back out on a Friday, wasn't my fault so hopefully it's installed right. I can't recommend, sorry it wasn't a great experience and I lost some sick time at work waiting around for them for them not to show or even call me.

Gutter "Pro"? I don't think so. Several years after getting the gutter system installed, they are clogging -- even though they are guaranteed not to clog. Several attempts to contact customer service have been met with empty promises to have someone contact us to correct the problem. If I am proven wrong and the company keeps their promise to stand behind the product, I will submit a more favorable review, but at this point, they appear to be a total flim-flam operation; they make a convincing sales pitch and represent themselves as reputable, but after the sale, they simply don't care. Again, I hope they prove me wrong, but I'm not holding my breath.

They were to do our home around 2013 they have no communication internally at all. No one knows what the other is doing. The customer service was horrible. I had to have them come back a couple of times to fix a few items. After having them for a few years now it is a total mess left on the gutters. They explained when they were initially making the sales pitch that they were made so the rain would follow a certain curve and then drain into the gutter and no problems with anything but the rain in the gutter and that way it would flow smoothly and never have to be cleaned. They do not mention that the rain does not know it is supposed to follow their design and it doesn't do that at all. It simply just rains over the top edge and then down to the yard or whatever is below the gutter. It is as if there is no gutter there at all and it leaves these ugly black dirty marks all along the gutter, so you do not have to clean the inside but the outside has to be cleaned or it looks awful. Also below the gutter where the rain falls if you have any kind of flowers they will be ruined, it also leaves a muddy path if it rains very much at all. If you have any pride in your house at all then in my opinion you should get a different company.

I had Gutter Pro install new gutters and gutter guards and couldn't be happier! The sales rep was very thorough and knowledgeable about their products. Everything was installed on time and their crew of installers were top notch. I would recommend anyone that is looking for gutter work look no further than Gutter Pro. Oh, and I don't have to clean my gutters anymore!

GUTTER PRO IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, WHEN PAUL WAKEFIELD CAME OUT TO DO THE APPRAISAL HE TOLD ME AND MY FAMILY THAT THEY WOULD CALL TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALL AND ALSO DO A WALK THRU AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. WHICH I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF THE SCHEDULING OR THE INSTALL WAS COMPLETED AND IN BETWEEN THIS PERIOD WE LISTED AND SOLD OUR HOME. 3 MONTHS LATER I GET A BILL IN THE MAIL SAYING THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. SO I CALL AND SPOKE WITH CONNIE (BOOKKEEPER) ON JULY 1ST AND SHE SAID THEY MUST HAVE MADE A MISTAKE AND TOSS THE BILL AND IF YOU GET ONE IN THE FUTURE TOSS IT. MISTAKE ON THERE END. SO IN NOVEMBER I GET ANOTHER BILL AND CONNIE'S NAME IS ON IT THAT SAYS PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY?? AFTER CALLING AND TALKING TO CONNIE AND PAUL THEY SAID THAT I NEED TO PAY IT AND I SHOULD HAVE NOTICED MY NEW GUTTERS EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T LIVE AT THE PROPERTY ANYMORE?? THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU LOVED TO HEAR ABOUT THIS. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING GUTTER PRO

We had GutterPro install gutters with guards to our home. The result was a huge problem with icicles that have resulted in damage to a canvas awning. We made multiple attempts to talk with the company about a solution and although the sales people assure us someone will contact us, no one has ever returned our calls.

We purchased a home in South Charleston in 2012 on South Street from the previous home owners The Patricks'  who had had been in the home for 30 years. The exterior of the home had been equipped with gutter guards  by Gutter Pro with a transferable warranty to us the new homeowners.  We had several minor issues with the Gutters over the next few years. I called Gutter Pro and inquired about the transferable warranty....No Problem they said we'll take care of it...Keep in Mind I have no trees in my yard. On the 2nd or 3rd time I had called them due to possible clogged gutters and downspouts....they sent out a technician, he was here long enough to put up a ladder....The tech then advised me these were not Gutter Pro Gutters and Gutter Pro would no longer honor their/our warranty...Whaaaat!!???

I called Gutter Pros office and spoke with Scarlet she advised me again of the bad news with no further explanation....This was Gutter Pros product on my home with a life time warranty in my hand that they would not honor. Their warranties aren't worth the paper they're written on....I was also offered a $50 referral fee...I referred 2 residents  on my street that had Gutters and guards installed...I never saw a dime. Horrible, horrible customer service to say the least....Horrible customer care! BUYER BEWARE!
