Excellent! Every aspect of my project exceeded expectations! I contracted with P&M for two bathroom remodels and a few other fix-its around the house. They completed everything in around 3 weeks, which included me adding on a few odds and ends and making some adjustments to the original plan. They even identified some opportunities for more storage and attention to details that might have gone otherwise missed. The crew took great care to ensure the protection of my home while working and to minimize the impact of the project on my family, including my pet. First class professionalism and work!!! If you are looking to do a home project, P&M is the way to go…unless I already have them booked up on another project!

My main water valve was leaking. I had to have the water turned off by the water company as an emergency the night before. I called Phil and asked if he could come by and check it out. He was there within a half hour and had it fixed within minutes. I highly recommend Phil and his company to anyone!

Phil and his team have done multiple projects over the years on our rental properties. We have always been very happy with the professionalism of the entire crew. They always showed up on time and when they said they were going to be there. Highly recommend!!

P&M recently put a new roof on our home. The work was very well done and on time. Very courteous workers. They marred our already worn back deck throwing down old shingles and repainted it at no cost. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Had Phil and his crew do a complete bathroom remodel. They did a great job. Completed ahead of estimated time. Fantastic job. Super pleased. It’s beautiful. I will be using them again for future remodeling for sure.

I had them do a new roof install and also tore off an old sun deck replacing it with a ramp. There price was very reasonable and the workmanship was beyond my expectations. Many thanks to Phil, Stan and there Crew!

Hello! Phil and his crew did not show up on time if they showed up at all. They put the trex on my deck wrong, they are uneven, a tripping hazard. They told me my foundation was uneven so that’s why the trex was uneven. They put extra holes in my stair railing, their mistake, they were going to caulk the holes. They put yellow screws in the white facia board. They said they would use white caulking to cover screw heads. The railings were not plum. The steps are not regulation size. My whole deck has to be redone. They put the wrong shingles on my roof. They had to take them off and start over. The drip edge was a mess. They left the job without correcting their mistakes and did not return. Would not recommend. The guys were nice I truly believe they thought they were doing a good job but they don’t know what they are doing. They would also leave a mess for me to clean up. He will delete as he already has a couple of times.

I was informed Lowe’s is no longer hiring them as installers. It’s about time. A lady approached me the other day and informed me they have been fighting with P&M Development and Lowe’s over a deck they did for her lady year.

You can not ask for better contractors! They do a excellent job from start to finish, whether it is your home or business, fair pricing and very professional. The can handle A-Z in the commercial sector! Roofs, concrete, electric, plumbing, you name it they can do it!

Phil and his crew do an AMAZING job! We contacted them about doing a kitchen & bathroom remodel and the project was done in about a month! 12/10 recommend P & D Development!

P & M Development did my kitchen, buffet in dinette, and 3 bathrooms. I could not be more pleased. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and I must admit I am picky. They worked every day.
