Lewis & Ark Builders

It has taken several months to not be too upset to be able to write an objective review. I would NOT recommend Lewis and Ark Builders to anyone! To start, they hired workers that stole hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from our home-including medication; to which a police report has been made. To add injury to insult, we’ve already had to have a different contractor come in and completely redo the kitchen floor. We’ve also had to have a plumber come in TWICE to fix plumbing in the master bathroom remodel that was done poorly. One of those mistakes costing us thousands of dollars in repairs when it caused significant water damage to our basement. The paneling on the cabinets they installed is already coming off and it has been less than a year since they have been in our home. It seems as though every week we are finding projects they “completed” that have been installed/put together poorly, or is falling apart. So after a police report and a claim to the WV licensing board (for other issues) we cannot recommend Lewis and Ark Builders.

Lewis & Ark Builders just finished putting a new roof on our home. Our home looks great! The workers were professional, pleasant and respectful. April and Ray were very informative about the whole process and any issues that happened during construction. I highly recommend them for any remodeling and/or repairs for your home.
