Class act!

Called to have someone come out to repair our roof. The gentleman I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable, so we set up a appointment for them to come out and evaluate and repair the leak. We call them a hour before our appointment time and they say someone will be there within the hour. Cool. Two hours after our scheduled time still no one has showed up and every time I call, it now goes to a recording saying the person I'm trying to reach does not have a voicemail set up yet. Not sure what happened, but can't recommend a service if they never show up.
