Great place to do business with fast to pull your order when needed the guy in the warehouse was very aware of his job
I am a builder and have been using them for several years or so. Returned some shingles and the employee that was working the warehouse was extremely rude and disrespectful. Have never had an employee at one of my suppliers act and talk to me the way he did. Spoke to Ted about the incident and hopefully he will handle this employee.
Horrible company. The staff is rude. They close whenever they want and even lock the door 30 minutes before they close even when you are there to purchase and right out side the door knocking at 3:30The lady who answers the phone must really not like her job because she is always trying to rush out of there even if it’s 30 minutes or an hour early. I’d find another option if you want to be respected or have a company that understands the hours we work. Horrible service. Sometimes things come up and it would be nice to have a company that understands. Others on the coast are way better!
