He was very professional, on time, kind and very thorough. We had our inspection results that day with pictures. You will not go wrong with this company.

Great place to use if you’re a home buyer needing an inspection done. I searched for a place that homebuyers love and all negative reviews seem to come from upset homeowners being told they need to fix multiple issues with their place before selling. They also provide you with a list of ways to maintain your home in the future which is helpful. 10/10 shoutout to Jaime Bobbitt.

Not very pleased with the work. I have a new build home I had inspected. I would expect everything to be meticulously looked at. Just some things you would think would have been found just wasn’t. I’m looking to get another inspector in. Totally airballed a big gap in insulation foam in the attic. You can see daylight the size of dinner plate. There is a 8 foot 2x4 that is installed at an obvious angle. Just no attention to detail. He noticed things anybody would see. Garbage company. Find another company that isn’t blind.
