I have been looking for a new supply company to get materials. Thought I'd call here since I heard prior Square deal was awesome. 1st time I called lady on the phone was so rude I told myself I refuse to order from them. I buy alot of roofing and siding materials for family owned buisness, but GULF EAGLE would not be on my list as a supplier. Get more intelligent secretary's in your place of business if you want to get customers.

Was at the front counter inquiring on products, a large sale it would have been, the lady that waited on me was nice, but the guy too her left, bald head, was rude, interrupted twice. The product I was going to purchase, he rudly said, no returns, then I asked the lady what days are delivery days, I did not know if delivery was only on certain days, once a gain he chimed in, "we close at 4".
He needs to change careers, customer service is not his niche, if he worked for me, I'd terminate him.
I will not go back, I chose somehere else to purchase my products, due to his attitude and interfering with a sale.
