We called Jim & he got us approved for insurance for a new roof. We didn't do anything he did it for us. I would use Renova anytime!

Had Jim give me an inspection and he pointed out serious issues. We got a new roof and he did all the leg work. I suggest Jim and renova!

Going into any large construction project you always expect some complications and a few snags here and there but this has been the most smooth process I could have imagined. Their communication is amazing and everyone who worked on this project was extremely friendly. They started when I was leaving for work and they were finished before I got home. Austin made the whole process too easy and if I need any other work done on this house, and Renova can do it, I’ll be calling them.

I just got a new roof thanks to Renova, and the assistance from Dillon. I came home one day after heavy rains to have a leak in my living room. I started getting quotes, and ended up choosing Renova due to the customer service Dillon provided. He not only provided an estimate, he guided me through the steps to submit an insurance claim. Although there was some hurdles (insurance companies fault), Dillon remained in constent communication throughout the entire process. My entire roof was done in one day, and the workers were polite and cleaned up very well afterwards. If your needing a new roof, go with Renova, they make the process less stressful!

We had a great experience with Renova and our consultant Matt McCoy. He was very professional and answered any questions we had and even came over a few times while the crew were putting on our metal roof and making sure we were happy with the way things were going. I would definitely use Renova again and would definitely recommend contacting Matt McCoy if you are in need of a shingle or metal roof! We even had them install gutters.

Renova helped us get the roof we needed by offering a loan... this helped as it is too costly for a roof these days.. so, $17,000 later we are good. The roofers did step through our ceiling in 2 places and we contacted them and they stated it would be fixed... still waiting on that but the guy did come and look at it. The roof looks good .. don't know if there are any leaks because it hasn't rained yet. They were on time and cleaned up their mess.

Matt was awesome. My insurance company made the process as long and convoluted as possible. Matt and the folks at Renova roofing explained everything and showed great patients when dealing with my crazy insurance company. The work was spot on. The guys they sent out to do the roof were fast, respectful, and they even touched up the paint that got chipped when the roof came off. When they were done they cleaned up every little piece of debris and left my year nice and tidy. The roof looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend their service to family and friends. Very responsive. Did a great job and did my roof the same week I contacted them. Very knowledgeable and very efficient.

We employed Renova Roofing to replace our roof and build an patio cover. We were told that the process should take 3-4 days. Our contractor, Christian Castellon, has this amazing ability of NOT communicating with anybody about what is going on with the project.

We weren't told that the roofers were coming til the morning they arrived. He would say he would be at my place by a certain time and never show up. He blamed all the issues on permits, but the permits were approved and we were waiting of misordered supplies. Multiple days of no one showing up to my house doing no work. No one could ever get ahold of my contractor.

The framer, the roofers, and front office staff are amazing. They were able to get things moving and they got everything done after 2 weeks the Friday before Memorial Day.

So the company as a whole, not bad the work is amazing. The contractor we had was not, so pick your battles. I was on the phone all day long to get my back patio completed. The only communicating I received from contractor was him get flustered and hanging up on me.

I called for a quote and someone was there the same day.....AT THE TIME THEY SAID!Repair was done the next day and at a great price.

. I am a senior widow with limited resources and anxiety.I needed a whole new roof with considerable damage on one side. They reassured me thru the whole process, worked efficiently and fast and worked with me to stay close to my budget. End result, ware tight and attractive. Would recommend them anytime.

Our roof sprang a leak during one of our many rainstorms that have come through. Renova was the first company to get back with me, and Christian came out the same day to diagnose the issue. As it turned out, we needed a new roof, and this was confirmed by 2 other contractors. We hired Christian and his crew to do the job, and we were not disappointed. Materials were delivered the day after we signed the contract. Once the weather cooperated, they came out in the morning and were done by 7 that same night. They did a great job with clean up. Like any construction project, there will always be small pieces found in the days and weeks to come. Luckily, they focused a lot on cleaning up any stray nails, which was our biggest concern with kids and a dog. Overall very pleased and would use again if needed.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Renova! After all the heavy rainfall from this past summer, we discovered some water damage in our kitchen & it was determined that we had improper drainage on our back patio cover adjacent to the roof. The age of the roof was also an issue. I contacted Renova for an estimate and they came out that same day. We signed papers on a Saturday and had materials delivered that following Monday, then the roofers started work on Tuesday. All in all, we had a full roof replacement, a full back patio cover replacement, seamless gutter installation, and internal sheetrock repair. All of their crews were very friendly & made sure to include us in the process. They worked quickly but were still thorough. Our consultant, Christian, would come by periodically & perform quality inspections, and he was quick to fix any deficiencies. Christian also made sure to communicate with us frequently to keep us advised of any delays or schedule changes. My husband & I were very pleased with our Renova experience, and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future!

Renova did a fantastic job on my home. I worked with Matt McCoy and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As someone with prior roofing experience working with someone who was knowledgeable and relatable was very helpful. Everyone was extremely nice. If there was an issues I could call Matt and speak with him which allowed us to work on things in a very responsive amount of time. I highly recommend them to everyone and if I ever need any roofing done again this is who I’ll use.

Where to start?!?
Our journey with Renova started months after Hurricane Ida swept through New Orleans. I’m active duty military stationed in Northern California and we rent out the home that we own in New Orleans. It sustained roof damage during the storm that my insurance adjuster reported “wasn’t significant enough to meet the deductible” and I would have to pay for repairs out of pocket. Meanwhile our renters are telling a different story, that there were missing shingles and roof cap tiles in the yard after the storm. I knew something didn’t feel right about the adjuster’s “assessment” (the renters said they don’t remember him even getting on the roof!)

I called Renova after reading reviews on Google for their services- frankly, I was really nervous being that this was the first time I’d had to deal with home owners insurance and I’m physically a thousand miles away! Channing Russell picked up the phone and the rest is history!

I have never experienced customer service to this level. Channing understood my frustrations and concerns, especially being so far away while this was happening. He quickly got out to my property and assessed that not only was the roof damaged, it needed to be replaced entirely. He took care of everything! He contacted and worked with my insurance to make sure they’d cover the replacement, he contacted the Historic District Landmark Commission (our home is in a historic district and requires permits to perform work, ensuring the home retains its historic features) and jumped through their hoops… but what meant the most is the care and attention to detail he and his company put into the job. He and the owner tracked down a now closed roof cap tile business that just happened to have the exact replacement roof tile the HDLC required, which was being stored in that company’s owner’s yard in Mississippi! They acquired those tiles to make sure my house remained in historic compliance!

Channing walked me through every step of the process and I’ve never felt more taken care of by a service company. My process was complicated by many issues- the insurance company went into solvency during this process, so we had to work with a completely different organization halfway through everything, the HDLC permitting hoops, and all the while they are completing a ton of other jobs because of the storm. But no matter what, Channing scored us a “home run.”

Thank you guys for everything. The roof looks amazing, and I can rest assured knowing our little house is protected from the next storm (and all the ones after that!). I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY MORE.

All I can say is WOW. I’m nut in the insurance business and had no idea how to start this very stressful project. Renova Roofing company came highly recommended. Once these guys came out they started the process and dealt with the insurance company and the adjuster. They took the whole thing over from start to finish. The only thing my wife and I had to do was pick out the color shingles we wanted and if that wasn’t easy enough, they brought several sample boards to us to pick from. Never left the house, again WOW. Once I picked out the shingles, I done a little research to learn that I was getting a very high quality shingle. When the old roof was removed, the wind stated picking up prior to a storm coming in. This blew the small pieces all over my lawn as well as the neighbors lawn. These guys stopped and cleaned everyone lawn. My roof on the house and two garages were done in 3 and 1/2 days. There was no sign of them ever being there other than the Beautiful roof. I got on the roof to inspect their work, which was awesome. While I was up there, I noticed that they had totally Cleaned out my Gutters and that included the leaves. I could not be any more pleased with this job from start to finish. GREAT JOB GUYS.
