Gulf States did a great job of getting me back into my house after the hurricane! Good workers who showed up and got it done!

Words alone cannot express the gratitude we have for the fine folks of Gulf State Roofing. After my 90-year-old father suffered roof damage from a recent tornado, The Insurance Company denied our claim for a new roof. Tonya Farmer and every single employee went above and beyond to be sure my Dad was taken care of. We Didn’t do a thing. Gulf State proved to the insurance company why a new roof was needed. They fought for my Dad when we didn’t have a clue how to. Tonya eased our minds every step of the way. The insurance company paid for a new roof. Within 2 business days of receiving word that a new roof was approved, Gulf State was on the job and had a new roof on the same day. My Dad said it best “they are the nicest, easiest people I’ve ever worked with”. The workers worked fast, efficient and extremely professional. The clean up afterwards was immaculate. As I said…above and beyond. I can legitimately say that not only do we now have a go to contractor…we have true friends for life.

The install went super smoothly and they cleaned up everything really well! After the first hard rain, we noticed a small leak so I called and in less than an hour they were there, fixed the small issue and were gone. Super friendly, great customer service! The owner and the crew were excellent!
