I love my new roof! Josh and his team did an excellent job. He explained the whole process to me from start to finish, and worked very well with my insurance company. They also replaced my parents’ roof, and we couldn’t be happier with the process and finished product. They made it easy and we felt very comfortable dealing with them. I would highly recommend them!
From start to finish, Josh was so helpful. There were other companies that gave us similar bids, but Josh answered all of our questions (and there were A LOT), explained the terminology, and educated us on what was best for our home, regardless of whether we chose to go through Guardian, and that was all the difference in the world. He steered us away from unnecessary spending, and delivered a top notch finished product. He was at our home the entire day of install, even sent us pictures of the before and after. This kind of integrity and work ethic are hard to find. Plus, our roof and gutters are BEAUTIFUL!!
My home was built in 1967 and I only purchased it 2 years ago. My home inspector missed a number of important items. After incurring some storm damage I invited a couple of roofing companies to quote the repair. Guardian was much more thorough in its inspection and consequently we submitted their quote to the insurance company who covered an additional $7,000 in amended repairs. The first contractor missed quite a number of items and simply low-balled the quote. Guardian was at all times honest, fair, responsive, and on time with superior quality products, warranties, and timeliness. Service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company if your looking for the best value for your money. Talk with Henry or Josh! Good guys!
