Guardian Roofing & Construction

We hired Guardian Roofing and Construction to replace our siding and several windows, and paint the outside of our house. They did an excellent job and I recommend them 100%. I felt that Tyler was very honest and informative when advising us on our project. He was very thorough in explaining the materials being used and their process. The work itself was outstanding. Tyler and his crew were great communicators and very tidy in my home. I will definitely call them again.

Guardian Roofing and Construction and Caleb were great to work with on our remodeling project. We replaced all our floors upstairs, retextured the ceiling, reboxed the refrigerator opening to accommodate a larger size fridge, replaced all baseboards and put in beautiful new Onyx shower, vanity tops, bathtub enclosure and changed out mirrors, lights, and ceiling fans. And they painted the walls and ceiling! They promised all this in 5 weeks, and met their deadline. Caleb worked hard and kept the subcontractors busy and very well coordinated throughout to keep to the schedule. We were so happy with his attention to how we wanted our home to look. The subcontractors were all very friendly and also considerate of what we wanted and willing to do what it took to please us. The flooring is as tough as promised. We just had our 4 grandsons, ages 1 through 6, and all their hot wheels cars and not one scratch. I have a 7 foot tall grandfather clock that has been in the family since 1900 and Guardian wrapped it in moving blankets and plastic and worked around it. When unpacked there was not a mark on it. We were very pleased with our experience, I just now wish we had done this sooner!

Guardian replaced a damaged section of my driveway. Caleb made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up the work area when they were done.

They fixed our fireplace chimney seal that was leaking. They were the second contractor that we used. The first one charged us $250 and did not even fix the right problem. Guardian Roofing came right away and fixed the issue within an hour. Would definitely use them again for any roofing issues!!

Guardian Roofing has been great to work with. They gave us a fair price to repair our soffits and facia; reinstall our gutters and add gutter covers. They went above and beyond communicating with us about when they would have workers at our house and what the next step would be. Communication is often lacking so we really appreciate it. Clint was very responsive and professional. The quality of their work EXCEEDED our expectations.

Great company to work with. They did a great job roofing my whole house. Years later I had a small leak. They came back and inspected to see that the wind had raised up a flashing. They repaired it the same day I called.

I got my roof and some gutter downspouts replaced by Guardian in Oct 2020. Daniel and Lindsay were both incredibly professional and responded quickly any time I reached out. The quote I received was highly competitive with other local companies. The work was done on time and the communication was excellent! I know absolutely nothing about roofing, but It’s been a month and no leaks, so I’d say they did a great job. The house is a rental—my property manager said that the work was completed without any issues and cleaned up thoroughly.

Working with the team at Guardian was a great experience. With a quick turnaround they were able to get us scheduled and made the process so smooth. They handled the process with the insurance claims which helped ease my mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The gutter installers were very thorough with the installtion and even tested the new guttering for proper drainage. Looking for a roofer is scary. There are so many fly by night companies out there or just crummy contractors that don't follow up or call back. Not only is this a reputable company that does great work, I am so wildly impressed by the follow up I received from the project manager here. Bids came in on time. They did what they said they would do and have clear and concise communication. I highly recommend.

We got quotes for everything in a timely manner and they also made sure the insurance company was aware of all necessary repairs so we got everything we needed. I can not say enough great things about this company (Guardian roofing). They have my greatest admiration and highest review. They installed a new 50 year roof on my house. My house was built in 1930s 2-story Tudor, the roof was hail damaged and probably 20 years old, lots of fine architectural details to deal with. They also replaced gutters and installed leaf guards. The care, attention to detail and commitment are incredible. This is the company to get in Wichita and surrounds period. They care and details matter, they are fast but thorough, the company diplomatically suggested/talked me out of a less then optimal color choice in favor of another, knowing I was a novice, and the results are fantastic, I love the roof!
