Surprised that Vitaliy has a good rating. In my opinion I will never have GSP homes ever touch my home again. Poor quality, did not follow instructions, excuses but worst of all price change. Vitaliy wanted to charge me for mistakes he made.Comes across as a honest person but he was not with me.

GSP Home Solutions renovated our Kitchen/Dining Room as well as upgrading the electrical for the Kitchen. We had a wall between our kitchen and dining area where we wanted to open it up as well as shutter doors to each room which made it small. We started with Vitaly in 2023 planning out the renovation. Vitaly spent time listening to what we wanted and first started by mocking up a design for the kitchen. Then, he went shopping with us for the floor, hardware, and countertop; He even showed us a house they were in the middle of construction on to show us the kitchen area to get ideas.

During the construction, Vitaly would make himself available for questions or concerns. This was a very complicated project with coordination between all the teams which was the most challenging part. He would keep us informed thru text or phone calls on when team members would arrive.

The team was respectful of the home and did their best to try to keep the area clean and organized. They were nice and professional.

We are very happy with the finished product so much so that we wanted to move in and use the kitchen immediately.

Here is a list of the work performed but not limited to all the work they performed.
1 - removed the wall between the dining room and kitchen and opened up the entry
2 - removed cabinets, tile floor, wallpaper, and popcorn from the ceiling
3 - installed new windows which were larger than the previous windows which opened up the area
4 - upgraded electrical in the kitchen for dedicated outlets and rocker switches
5 - upgraded the electrical cabinet in the home and outside (power was off for 2.5 days and power was arranged for the refrigerator to avoid spoiling food)
6 - installed new cabinets, backsplash, lighting, hardware, appliances (except refrigerator), floor, countertop, plumbing, and range hood where it was directly vented outside instead of the attic
7 - replaced outside patio stairs

Note on the pictures since we moved in as quickly as possible some of the pictures are toward the very end of construction.

GSP Home Solutions did a remodel/addition project inside our home that involved building a new interior wall, 2 closets, and trimming it all out to match the existing. Not only did Vitaliy offer us the lowest price, but he and his crew worked quickly, efficiently, and with minimal dust and disruption, as we were still living in the house during the project. We were very pleased with the finished project. He definitely earned a 5 star rating.

The guys are great. They know their business, work professionally, quickly and efficiently. They renovated a house after a fire, did it quickly and did not inflate their prices. There are finishers, electricians, plumbers. Simply put, we are very pleased that we chose you out of many offers! Thank you!

I had a house fire and thankfully it only got my garage. I did call GSP and he came out and sold me on them doing the reconstruction of my garage. They were very good and reasonable. The only thing was, they kept missing things that I felt like i shouldn’t had to tell them that needed to be included. But other then that I really appreciate it them getting my home back to the way it was

I hired out GSP Home Solutions to draw out my plans for a house I was going to build and get a visual of how it would look in 3D. Vitaliy was super helpful with this not only did he make a 3D model of our home but also had great pointers on how we could make it better with still maintaining our original design. Vitaliy and his team are professional, friendly, and best of all great with communication- a work skill sadly lacking these days. They completed my sliding door install as promised- everything looks and works great. I decided to have them back to install an exterior door- he went over and beyond to find the door I needed and install it quickly. I highly recommend GSP.

GSP offered a great experience from start to finish. They were professional, timely, responsive, etc... they totally gutted a bathroom that had a lot of wood root due to a long-term water leak. To sum this company up =AWESOME!!!!!! The integrity of this company is priceless.

GSP Home Solutions helped bring my vision into reality with our fireplace. We had an insert but wanted a standalone. Called GSP, they came quickly, and within a few days, my unit was out, and a new design was framed and wonderboard was up. Very happy with the result. The price was also very affordable. Vitaliy was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond by doing a lot of extra at no charge charge. Very satisfied and I highly recommend them any building needs. Bobo, Nick, Edward were also very professional and friendly. Overall a great experience.

I’ve Hired GSP Home Solutions on many occasions for projects beyond my scope of work/knowledge in my small business. They’ve done a lot of structural repair jobs, water rot and termite damage repairs. GSP just finished replacing a large deck for me last week. We sat down with GSP multiple sessions to design our house plan in their program and we were able to customize everything inside and out. It also provided a great 3-D vision on how the home will look. They have been with us through every step of the way with the building process and communicating every update.
