I have owned several homes in the area over the last 30 years and used several roofing companies. By far Hayes is who I recommend. They responded immediately, helped me obtain very specific shingles, and replaced the roof quickly and professionally. Ask for Chris Knox he is the absolute best to work with and the partnership throughout the project and after has been unbelievable. Huge thanks to the whole Hayes team.

I called Hayes roofing for an estimate and reached Brian Phillips. He was very helpful and responded quickly. Brian worked with us and kept us in the loop through the whole process. His team done an excellent job on our roof. One thing that really impressed us was the cleanup. An hour after the roof was completed you would have not known they were even there. I would highly recommend Hayes Roofing for your next roof repair or replacement.

After Hurricane Helene, I had significant wind/storm damage to my 18 yr roof resulting in missing shingles, gutter detachment & several leaks. Ian Haley was referred to me & he and his team did not disappoint. From the beginning, Ian was very knowledgeable, explained the process well, & kept in constant communication. The day they installed the roof, I couldn't

We had a leak in our kitchen as a result of hurricane Helene. We were referred to Hayes roofing by a personal friend and local realtor. Extremely happy with Hayes Roofing. All of our interactions were respectful and professional. The gentlemen who gave the quote, the schedulers, and the crew were fantastic. Everyone was consistent and knew their job. They arrived on time, completed the job thoroughly and efficiently, and the yard was spotless when they left. I also noticed (through my ring camera) that different team members returned to the house 3 times to check the yard for debris and/or trash.

Kyle saved me from 10’s of thousands in storm damage. One day I noticed the ridge vents blew off in one section of my roof and a storm was rolling in to drop several inches of rain. Kyle worked me in within a couple hours to reattach that ridge vent and secure the rest. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and kindness, highly recommend!!!

Once we decided to go with them and signed everything on our end the repair was scheduled and done the same week. I cannot say enough good things about Hayes Roofing of Inman, SC. From my initial contact with Rocky Herdinar the Project Advisor and his associate, Kyle Burns, to their Project Manager, Justin Knox, to the extremely competent crew that did the work, they are all top notch people. Even before I contracted with them, Rocky went up on the roof and did a temporary patch to stop a leak, absolutly no charge! Their customer communication is impeccable, keeping me informed each step of the way. Not only did their crew show up on the appointed day for shingle replacement, they arrived 15 mins. early - practically unheard of in our mountain community. Crew training was obvious as each of its eight people immediately went to their appointed task - there was zero fumbling as to who was to do what. When finished the crew cleaned the site of trash, old shingles, and nails. The following day, another person appeared to do another nail sweep. A day or so after that, Rocky and Kyle returned for a final inspection of the work. All of this along with a competitive quote I received from other roofers. If you need new shingles, you will not go wrong by choosing Hayes.

Hayes did a great job replacing our roof and gutters after Helene wiped us out. Really enjoyed working with their sales rep Antwaiin Fontaine, a real professional.

As a result of hurricane Helene, I was in desperate need of a roofer. Hayes Roofing was immediately responsive and sent someone to tarp the two broken skylights on my roof and assess the damage to both my house and garage.
I began working with Antwaiin Fontaine - and found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, patient and responsive. He thoroughly explained the process in working with the insurance company through the completion of the entire project.
Along the way, I found that each individual team who worked on my roofs did an excellent job. The finished product is immensely pleasing to me and does them proud. I recommend Hayes roofing unreservedly.

I would like to shoutout Chris Knox for setting me up for an inspection due to a leak. He set me up with Cliff Conner and his partner Ian, those guys were very friendly, professional, and spit on helpful. Once I explained my issue they were able to immediately diagnose that it was an actual plumbing issue causing the leak. My wife also mentioned how respectful they were with noise after noticing we had a newborn in the home… Cliff and Ian even contacted us weeks later to make sure we got the issue resolved and if they could be any further help. I hired Hayes Roofing in October, 2024 to replace the roof on my 1962 mid century home, a sprawling house. They did a very nice job. Looks good and doesn’t leak anymore. The crew was very nice. They came on time and cleaned up as promised. I worked with Jared who seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a fair price. You can probably find a cheaper price, but it’s worth it to know these people have been around for several years and had a nice portfolio to show. This is a business with a lot of shady characters. Caveat emptor.

Rocky came out to inspect our roof for storm damage. He arrived when he said he would, did not try to up sell me and fixed a minor problem for free! I plan to call Hayes roofing in the future for real repairs.

Cy came out to fix holes in our roof that we had been fighting with insurance over getting fixed since Hurricane Helene. He was professional and kind, got work done well and was very helpful figuring out next steps. Thank you!

Hayes Roofing replaced my roof after hailstorm in 2023. Jared was very proactive and contacted my insurance company and got the approval and had roof replacement done on time. They came back twice as a follow up to check and correct minor problem. Jared always responded promptly by phone or text and got things done in time.

Cy Turner, project advisor, with Hayes Roofing, was courteous, professional, and prompt in completing my roof repair after the damage from Hurricane Helene. In fact he came and did the repair the very next day after meeting with me and giving the estimate. I was impressed with his work and integrity. The Hayes group showed up early, and worked through the daylight hours to reroof our house. They were polite, checked in periodically, and when it was finished there was no sign save a new roof that they had been there. I have a lot of flowers, planters, and decorative bushes, and none of them were damaged. They were great.

The day they roofed our house they were there on time, worked non-stop, were careful with plants and shrubs around our house, and cleaned up completely. Absolutely no problems or concerns. Had a great experience with Hayes Roofing this week. I reached out after getting the information for them from a trusted friend. We had some hurricane damage to our roof and was concerned about it being open to more damage inside if left for too long. I talked with Trevor, they had the roof looked at the next day to see if it needed tarped, if it would be more serious than we thought, etc. They came out the following day and made all the repairs. They sent before AB’s after pictures, were very timely and great with communication. I’ve already shared their info in our community and will highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Let me start by saying that I never post reviews, good or bad. So that should tell you something. These guys are top notch. They came out and tarpped my roof immediately after Helene came through. They sat with me helping me file the insurance claim when they were extremely busy. They will get any and all of my roofing needs going forward. Thank you Rocky and Kyle.

Called Hayes roofing up for help and they had someone on my roof and taken care of within 2 hours. Treated me like family from the start. Hard to find good reliable people these days but Hayes roofing are them.

Called asking if they could help me replace some shingles that had blown off, we worked to figure the color and to my surprise they still had some and as an added bonus they arrived same day!! Gladly paid the price and now my roof is all back as one. Highly recommend.

This business took advantage of my mother who is on a fixed income, Medicare and is suffering from stage 4 cancer. Now it’s literally raining in her home. The beginning of August work was started on the home. This was supposed to be a 2-3 day job. On August 16th I followed up with Jared Mathis because the work was still not completed and we both sent pictures of how the backyard was littered with nails, shingles, how items were left hanging from the roof. My mother was displeased with the damage done to the yard she just had landscaped. I was told they ran out of supplies and were waiting for more to come in. We also spoke about the fact that the original work the insurance claim was for was not yet completed. My mother told me that when she spoke with Jared she was told she needed to pay $500 out of pocket to fix this part of the roof/home. On 9/23 I reached out to Jared and sent images of shingles on the ground as we had been seeing them on both sides of the home. We still have not yet had a final walk through. On 9/27 there was a hurricane. There is now water damage on BOTH floors of the townhomes. If I knew that I had a crew who did questionable work for an elderly disabled lady I would have been at a hardware store within 30 minutes, expert or not, buying all the tarps possible. Even with pictures sent over he still has not given me an ETA to fix this mess they caused. Avoid at all cost!

This company is absolutely fantastic!! They did a gorgeous total roof replacement 2 years ago on our 3/2 home.… upon selling our home the inspector found what he thought was a nail pop.. we called to have it corrected and immediately Doug came out and pulled a 9 MM bullet from our roof!! Amazing he filled the hole ️ and even gave a written explanation.. look no further HIRE HAYES!!!
