Y'all- call them. I'm a lady RV'r and out for my first campground stay- my a/c had been acting up but moving the unit did it in. Of course, it was right in time for our first heat wave. Hailey walked me through some tech tips that got the thermostat sensor placed better and scheduled my appointment right away. The company stayed in touch with me right up until the techs showed up(early). The gentlemen were polite and efficient. My service was done quickly and the price was better that I expected. Ms. Tonya was a joy to talk with on the phone and everyone I encountered at the company had good advice for me on upkeep for my RV. I'll be calling them back for anything I need. It's wonderful to have the support of a great team and I feel much more confident about my new RV life. The dog is safe inside while I work and we are comfortable. Thanks VLRV Services!!

I’m a new 5th wheel owner. Previously had a travel trailer. While a lot is the same, there are differences. Like having to empty the galley grey tank. We tried everything and couldn’t figure it out. VLRV was working at the site next to us and saw us struggling. 2 minutes later our galley tank was empty and we learned something new. Thank you VLRV. I’ve got your number!!

The two technicians arrived right on time and started right to work. They cleaned up when the job was completed. Would recommend these individuals and VLRV. A great mobile company that comes to y p ur house to repair a RV.

Nobody likes a leak, much less 2 different leaks in 3 days. VLRV was great! Came out on 1st leak which was hard to find, but they found it fast and repaired quickly. 2 days later, our bathroom sprung leak due to defective tubing used by manufacturer. They had to go under trailer, and replaced our cheap tubing with quality tubing. Not easy but they didn't stop until done. So greatful for them. Very fair prices.

This is an awesome company to do all your RV maintenance and repair. They are courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend VLRV Services to all RV owners around.

About a week ago. I made a call to VLRV services to have them come out and repair a shower leak and propane malfunction. Tonya was so nice and explained everything over the phone to me. Next day Anthony and Dallas came out and worked endlessly to repair my Rhonda. They were so kind and walked me through things I didn’t exactly understand at first. They made sure everything was in tip top shape before heading on their way. 10/10 service and I will definitely be calling them again when the next problem arises.

We had an extremely awesome experience with these guys. Even after service was completely done we still had an issue. Anthony came back by at 9 o’clock at night and took care of us. Great company would highly recommend them and will certainly call them if we ever need help again

First rate service! They were quick to respond, their communication was spot on, and excellent, their office personnel was helpful and friendly, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a hydraulic leak in the rear of our motorhome. Called VLRV and they sent Austin and Cris to my address. They assessed the problem very quickly and called Tonya.She ordered the hydraulic hose. Austin and Dallas came back and installed the hose as soon as they received it. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend using this company for all your RV needs.

Anthony diagnosed my 20 year old basement air conditioner. He removed unit from motorhome and rebuilt it by replacing fan, fan motor, bearings and capacitors and cleaned coils. AC unit is now like new and cools motorhome while running quietly. I highly recommend VLRV for your RV repair needs.

VLRV mobile RV repair, first they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke with Tonya Who set up everything for me and explain everything she was awesome. The repair guy came out. His name is Anthony. He was excellent, He made sure everything was taken care of. He explained everything to me service was above beyond if you have any needs of RV Mobile Repair, you definitely want to call this company.

Great service! Very professional and friendly! I recommend them they have come to our aid when a slide out cable broke and the slide was half stuck out.

These guys were great. They traveled from Greenville SC to Anderson SC (at least one hour drive time) were on time efficient had all of the parts. Fixes the hot water heater on our Regency RV. Highly Recommend Very courteous.

Had a 50 amp twist lock that fried itself and needed some help installing a new Smart Plug While I probably could have done it all myself, it would have involved quite a bit of marital arguing and some sleepless nights questioning if I would wake up in flames.

Anthony was the tech that came out. He was so kind, knowledgeable and professional! He came prepared for any scenario with my water heater. They also set cost expectations when they schedule. I will definitely call them for any future needs!!

VLRV is the best! I'm so glad they're providing mobile RV repair services in the area. Most (if not all) others require you to bring your RV to them. What they don't realize is that's not always possible if the RV is in a permanent or semi-permanent location. When I ran into problems with my furnace, a quick call to VLRV had them out here the next day. They worked diligently to resolve the issue and had the RV warm and cozy again. Tony and the rest of the team at VLRV are friendly, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable and skilled. Thank you VLRV! Highly recommended.

On Dec 23rd, we suddenly lost power to our TV, refrigerator and 90% of our plug. We are fulltime RVers and have a 2016 Bounder motorhome. Our monitor was reading Fault Charger. My husband is pretty knowledgeable about motorhomes, not our first rodeo. But after a few days and he could not figure out the problem, we called VLRV, they were prompt about coming out to take a look at the issue and Anthony was a really nice guy. However, we would have to say that we would not call them again. After looking around, he told us we needed to replace our house batteries. He never put a meter on them, just looked at them and said they needed replace. Then charged us 320.00 for the service call. My husband bought a meter, tested the batteries and they were fully charged. Long story short, after limping along for nearly 4 weeks and barely having enough power to run our furnace at night, my husband got a meter, tested our inverter and decided that was our issue. We bought a new inverter, my husband installed and we are up and running again. I might mention that our refrigerator, tv, furnace blower and most of our plug run off solar and Anthony said he was certified in this area. He also said before he left that these items were switched over from solar power to shore power, of which they were not and cannot be switched. As I said nice fellow, but I wouldn't recommend this RV mobile service.

My wife and I purchased a new 5th and took it to our campsite and learned our fireplace and water heater weren’t working. After calling the dealer and getting the run around they had us call the warranty people who directed us to VLRV who came out and resolved everything in a timely manner. Tonya, Anthony and Breanna were all a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to the whole VLRV team

Needed to replace my outdoor kitchen slam door. The job was scheduled easily and the team was on time and the door was replaced and looks better than the original. Again very pleased with the service and professionalism

I arrived in Blacksburg SC on Thanksgiving with a non-working furnace and freezing temps. I got VLRV’s # from my camp office at their recommendation. I called and explained my problem. Austin came out the next day and diagnosed and got me working within an hour. It failed a few days later and they were back out here that same day to swap out the same part that had failed again. I’ve been warm since.
I called again with a (nightmare) leaking water heater and he was out here the next morning. He replaced the cracked connection and it was fine again til it wasn’t. Tony came out the next morning and spent 2 hours diagnosing and sealing up any other leaks. He came back a few hours later to check on me and all is still good.
I’ve seen complaints on the flat rate services and just want to say that, although the flat rate may be higher than we like, it covers if/when they need to return for a continued issue.
Im very pleased with the services I’ve received from this company from the first call to the repairs themselves. I’ll continue to call them for any other issues we may have.

We had a power issue on our Heartland Trail. Called the place we got it from only to get the run around. Got the phone number to VLRV, made a call, they came out the next morning. Anthony came, diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed extremely quickly. I can definitely appreciate how they waited around to hear back from the warranty company. These folks will forever be my go to. This company is how customer service should be defined. Seven year full timers. Have called on them twice for issues with my brand new fifth wheel. Delivered both times with promptness and professional service. Just grateful I found them.

I am new at rv living, but I was going to use air fryer. Knocked breaker out, I did the things I knew to do, gfi wouldn't re-set . I finally decided that I needed to call someone My neighbor referred me to VLRV. I sent pics of breaker box and Briana talk me through this. Tony always comes through. Dependable and knowledgeable. I never ever feel he’s cut corners and it’s fixed right. Had an issue with my Jayco and he was able to talk to their techs and straighten it out….

I’m in town working due to the hurricane that hit here. My camper started having issues which I attempted to figure out myself but it was taking too much time when I should be working. I reached out to them and explained what I thought it was and they came out pretty quickly, confirmed that it was the issue, and repaired the camper. A day later I had another issue, had to call them and they figured out that it was my generator that was the issue. I am very lucky that they took the time to investigate the issues thoroughly as they saved my camper from serious electrical damage. Highly recommend calling them if you have any issues.

I am across the great the pond of Hartwell over in Eastanollee, GA. I found VLRV Services on YELP inquiring about an AC unit replacement on my Forest River Sandpiper 5th Wheel Travel Trailer. I want to say I was barely in their service area and they ended up prioritizing my location to be first on their route on the set appointment date. I wasn't able to be present during the appointment but they were willing to work with my dad on still taking care of me. The office staff were very informative and were not scared to seek answers from their management to questions they did't have answers to. She (I can't remember her name) was honest enough to inform that she worked with her manager to insure they had the correct AC unit for my RV. They even recommended a reliable and cheaper unit than paying for an exact replacement. The technicians that came out were friendly, knowledgeble, and fast with their work. They even quickly fixed one more thing while they were there, sadly, I don't remember what it was, it involved re-taping something. The technicians even called to inform me that my current AC unit at the time was working fine and that it was probably the fan that needed to be worked on but I decided to continue with the replacement. I greatly appreciated the transparency and the ability to choose. The technicians were in and out within the matter of an hour, give or take. They even left the old AC unit with me which, again, I appreciate because I could very well use it in the future if needed. The cherry on top was the ability to pay over the phone which was greatly convenient to me.

Overall, this was an outstanding experience dealing with this entire company that has been informative, professional, precise, diligent, convenient and transparent. It seems like the replacement AC unit works better than the old one on pushing air to the other side of my camper. I will highly recommend VLRV Services to anyone in need of such services.

Stopped at a campground near VLRV for a repair on my basement heat pump, Coleman Mach 6535. Anthony fixed the wiring & components in just a couple of hours. Can't give him enough credit for his expertise & professionalism. Don't let just any AC guy "try" to repair these units, get a pro like Anthony and have it done right the first time. Our Motorhome steps failed when we pulled into our camp sight. VLRV came right out the next morning and diagnosed and fixed the step. They handled all the approval with our RV warrantee company and we just paid the deductible. Class A company. Polite, timely, and knowledgeable.

Total ripoff. They say one thing and charge another. 195 per hour per person. They sent 2 out only took an hour and charged over 600. Then I over paid from other issues and I'm still waiting for my money. Never again!!! Oh..they have an excuse for everything...that's the only thing they are good at.

Had a electrical issue. Todd was awesome walked me through several things to check and now my Ac, refrigerator and everything is back working like it is supposed to. Todd is awesome and if I could give him 100 star review I would.

Same day appointment. The tech called and asked if he could come early. I had to call factory to supply them with part number. In the end, saved us $$$.

Austin and Jason came to my home within 24 hours of my call! They were able to repair my truck camper slide for me. The day prior I had a different company come out, who diagnosed the problem but said he couldn't fix it and I needed to bring it to a larger company like Camper World. Fortunately I found VLRV Services before I scheduled with Camper World! They were professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly!

I had them install an Extend-A-Stay on a gas line that I could not get to. While there I ask if they could tell me what the flashing error code on a slide control board. Two other companies could not repair the slide that wasn’t operating. VL removed the switch turned it over and pressed the reset/learn switch. Then reset the stop points. Good as new!!
These folks know their stuff !! Wish I could return the slide control board that Entegra told me that I needed!!

Great company and very efficient. The entire team works towards one goal - getting your RV fixed and operational. I had Austin (one of their techs) meet me in Asheville. He quickly discovered the electrical issue I had, found a solution, and helped with another issue I was experiencing. I would highly recommend this company and glad they were able to fix my problem, as I leave in 3 days for a 6-week RV trip in Canada!

We were in Penrose, NC at Pisgah Forest Rv park with a hot water problem. We tried several area RV repair folks and finally were told to call VLRV. Best thing that ever happened to us. We communicated with Hailey and Tonya about fees and found them to be very reasonable. Anthony came to our RV and fixed our problem and more. These folks are nice, knowledgeable, and honest. (honesty is hard to find in today’s world) We would very highly recommend VLRV to anyone that needs an RV tech service in North Carolina. We hope to be their friends forever.

These guys are awesome! Call them! They came out very quickly to give estimate on slide out repair. They knew we were trying to leave on a trip and came back to do the work as soon as possible so we could leave on time. The slide out repair gave them a lot of trouble thanks to the RV manufacture but they stayed till dark to get it done right. Secretaries were super friendly too! No wonder their rating is so high!

My AC went out in a less than one year old travel trailer. Dealership said it would be three weeks before they could check it out. Called VLRV Services and they came out the same day. Unfortunately the AC had to be replaced but VLRV took care of getting the warranty approval and replaced the AC in just a few days. Great company that I will definitely recommend and call on for all my future rv service needs.

These people are wonderful, I had so many crushing events taking place on a very short time frame and I needed help TODAY and they came through and made it possible for me to return home.

My Rv roof Ac just stopped blowing cold air and it was hot and I am currently staying in it for a month with my cats. So getting it fixed, pronto and well was very important! Some mobile RV fix it places were booked out between 2 to 6 weeks which as it’s summer and hot - There’s no way I could’ve waited that long…. One of their competitors recommended I might give them a call to see if they could squeeze me into their schedule Which was very nice give me their information. I called, They listened, and thank my lucky stars - They sent somebody out right away!!! Anthony was wonderful in diagnosing the problem and fixing it! He explained what he was doing, And he explained to me how to get the best out of my RV roof ac So it doesn’t ice up again. I would highly highly recommend this company for their Responsiveness and Expertise! And for the amount amount of work he did Including cleaning my entire AC unit, I think their price was very fair!

We were in dire need for our air conditioning to be fixed. It was in the 90’s outside and over 100 in the camper. VLVR was here very fast. They were really nice guys and took care of the problem right away. I would definitely recommend them!

When Jason arrived until the time he left was nothing but WATCHING A PROFESSIONAL! I had water pump, fuse and light issues, and my refrigerator wasn't working which he solved systematically. I was fortunate to get same day service. The cost? I've paid double and got less results before. Fantastically Fair! Thank you VLRV!

We had the fastest and prompt service from Anthony on our rv that was only getting 30 amp service instead of 50. We are from Florida and he saved the remainder of our vacation ! Thank you so much!!!

Our AC failed and I called the few mobile techs that our park recommended however they were either out of business or didn’t have time to help us. Swealtering heat so one mobile tech recommended VL RV. I called and provided the AC info they needed and had to order a part which came to them the next day!! They showed up the next day at 10:30AM installed part and had the AC up and running in less than 45 mins. They also tweaked a couple of problem issues while looking over the AC. They saved our vacation and couldn’t be more grateful to Jason and Chris , the techs that made it happen. HIGHLY recommend VL RV!!! Thanks so much we are enjoying our vacation and staying cool in these crazy hot temps!!!

I had an AC emergency in my camper and they were able to get me scheduled for the next day. The two technicians who came out were very polite and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to us them again.

This company was amazing! We were out of state on a trip. We called and spoke with Tonya and she talked us through everything and was so kind. Our AC went and the Tech named Austin came out and had us a new one put in within an hour. Both very helpful! I would recommend them for all of your camper needs!!!

Anthony and the other gentleman don’t know his name we’re over at another site fixing something on an RV. My brother-in-law has went over and spoke with him. We happen to need a part for water system. He left and came back within a short time with the part that we needed and the price was very very reasonable thank you, Anthony.

Called for a problem with my slide on my camper and spoke with Tonya who helped me and actually saved a road call and also told me of their mobile services that could be done at my home.Not only did they save me money but helped me understand my equipment better. Would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and customer service. They aren’t the cheapest but when there was an issue they returned the next day to resolve it. They show up when they say they will and follow through. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

I was contacted by Anthony though a Facebook RV group. I walked him through my main AC issue and what I had come up with, he told me what the possibilities were. Got right to the suggestion and it was fixed right away. This quick little interaction saved me possibly weeks at the dealership and hundreds in gas to get it there and back(2.5 hrs away). If I am ever in their service area and need their help I'll be calling them.

Called on Saturday afternoon. Tonya called back. We had an AC unit making a noise and not cooling. She asked if it was an emergency, if so, she would get someone out that day. It was not. Todd came on Monday. Looked at unit and found the problem. We have an extended warranty. They took care of contacting our warranty company and the repair was approved. Todd also looked at roof to see if needed to be sealed again. They did not have the part in stock and would be in on Tuesday, with install on Wednesday. Todd came back with another tech. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. We had a cool nights sleep thanks to your company. The roof did not need any work or needed to be resealed. If we need them again, I will definitely will call.again.

Our tech, Todd, was excellent and extremely professional, knew exactly what we needed, and got it done! (Our one slide had ceased working; we could not access our kitchen; and the slide did manage to work it’s way completely out as we drove!!! )
