Mike came out to do a home inspection for a house we hope to buy. He arrived early, was very professional, and VERY thorough. At one point I came over to the house to give him the check and he was half under the tub with water running to check for leaks. The report was very detailed and he left the house as if he was never there. He called me after to walk me through the report which was super helpful as well.

This is the second inspection I’ve had done by this company. I can’t say enough about the integrity of everyone who works there. Mike did my inspection this time and he is the most down to earth and courteous person to deal with - even the owners of the property were impressed and want to use them for their new build. My previous inspection went just as wonderfully, however our deal fell through. We weren’t able to use them for our next home because it was in NC - we were so disappointed because the quality of service and the integrity was not there. Please don’t hesitate to use them. They excel in their field and will not disappoint!
