We first met Joe to do a trim repair on our house. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations. In addition, he went above and beyond in providing aluminum trim replacement at a great price. Joe came out multiple times before the start of the project to ensure a proper color match and walk us through the project. When time came for the trim repair the team at GSA Home arrived on time and did a fantastic job, with great attention to detail.

We were so pleased with the trim repair that when we noticed a leak in our roof, we called GSA Home and Joe and his team came out quickly to assess the leak, tarp the area and provide recommendation on wind damage on our roof. Joe and Amore did an excellent job of providing us with the information to help walk us through what we needed to file a claim with our insurance company. Once we were approved for a full roof replacement, Joe provided excellent recommendations on potential shingle colors. Joe came out before the project to show us the shingle colors so we could feel comfortable with our choice. On the days of the roof replacement the team showed up on time and took care in tarping the area around the house. Joe and his team did an excellent job of keeping us informed throughout the work on the roof. At the end of the project the team did a fantastic job cleaning up the work site and removing nails and debris.

Had them out to replace and fix siding that came off during last storm. They also fixed a corner piece of siding and replaced my front porch lights. They secured my gutters and put up new weather stripping around my garage. They got so much needed repair work done. I’m just amazed and the house looks so much better now! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on the inside or outside of the house!!!!

GSA is the best! After initially repairing a leak in the roof, trying an option that was not expensive, unfortunately the roof still leaked. Before I could call Joe, he followed up with a call to me to check on the repair. Finding out the roof was still leaking, he immediately came out and made a new plan. The leak was fixed in a couple weeks and at a very reasonable cost. I’d recommend GSA for their quality work, keeping costs down and professional responsiveness. I found this company when I did a search of companies around me. Met with the owner really nice gentlemen he was on time and prepared. I told him what I was looking for and he offered some suggestions while we walked around the area of work. He said he would have a quote for me in two days and had it to me in one. I accepted his offer and he started work in 3 days. The trim work looks great and so did the roof he repaired. I just contacted him again for another project I am working on and may use them again for the replacement siding I plan on doing. I have been very pleased with GSA Homes and I beat you will as well.

I called GSA because I thought I had a leak in one of the steep pitched sections of the roof. Joe came by the very next day, thoroughly inspected the exterior and interior of the roof. He demonstrated how the area in question showed no signs of degradation and was most likely not responsible for the interior moisture damage (mold). I can speak to Joe's professionalism, knowledge and integrity and will not hesitate to call on him again.

My roof was due for a replacement. I had 3 other contractors come out for an estimate but was charging ridiculous amounts for the size of the job. GSA was reasonably priced in comparable to the materials/brands they used and offer, so I went with them. Joe Guzman came highly recommended from a co-worker whose parents had had roof work done by GSA homes before. I called and talked to the nice receptionist woman who took my info and said Joe would call me back when he was free. He got back very promptly and was willing to come that day to assess the repair. They got an estimate back to me in about a day and called to go over the estimate and to cover any questions I may have had. The price was fair so we agreed to the contract and was told that it would possibly be 3 to 4 business days. They had a job that got pushed back and a slot opened up for them to get the repair done. They finished in one day before it snowed again. They were very professional and would use them again should something come up.

I really love this company, I met Joe and his wife Amore about 3 years ago and they have become our go to roofing company and also our good friends. Very professional, personable, and focused on fairness and integrity, I know that the work they do is quality and what is needed. I have had them replaced our roof in our two homes and recently as of a few days ago had Joe come back out again to repair my gutter with some gutter cleaning. This job is of no small feat, and Joe updated me with arrival times, on the roof pictures, and a phone call to say thanks for doing business with them. I have to actually say a big THANK YOU for remedying a clogged gutter, some small trees growing out of the gutter and to relieve the stress of needing to get this done before the winter comes. Update September 2022: So Joe and Amore With GSA Home did it again. With the hectic schedule and the out of routine Pandemic daily activities, we faced a recurrence of clogged gutters and foliage growth again. Seeing that I wrote something about this before, my nightmare with gutter issues happened sooner than later and with the thought of 'oh I'll get Joe to install gutter guards tomorrow' turned out to be years later. I called the trusted guy that I know in this field of roofing and him and his crew came out and rescued us again, plus installing gutter guards too! Procrastination on my part is a vice, but Joe and Amore made me felt at ease with their generous heart and understanding to cure my bad habit of waiting to get this done. Thank you Joe and Amore and to the team at GSA Home!

The only reason we didn't use the business was that Joe told us we didn't need to...we had him come out to inspect our roof and he was totally up front with us, gave us a very reasonable estimate so that we could plan for a roof replacement, and was an all-around great guy. Will absolutely call him back when we're ready to replace.
