It is a pleasure to write this review. I have had several interactions with Patrick McNamara. I have the utmost respect for this man, his integrity, his professionalism, and his servant heart. I’ve seen the work of his company and it is absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend.

Both Patrick McNamara and Ryan Ridenour with Gryphon are true professionals who are honest and will treat you like family for all of your roofing and construction needs. I highly recommend you working with Gryphon construction.

I had a patient who needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom and ramp at the height of covid, needed a fair quote and I knew to call Patrick McNamara at Gryphon Construction. He quoted at half of the cost of the patient’s current quote, and was able to complete the job before the other company even would take time to start. Call Gryphon first.

Highly recommend. They were extremely professional and did a great job on my home. If I had an extra thumb I would give them 3 thumbs up!

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

I’ve used Gryphon for several patch-up jobs and there have been no leaks. Later I went with a cheaper company, and after a couple rains, the leak was back. Forget it, I thought...I’m calling Gryphon to replace the entire roof.

The workers were on time and cleaned up well. The only disappointments were that there were tire marks left on the driveway and debris in the pool.

I would definitely recommend Gryphon Roofing.

Gryphon Roofing was excellent, fixing a complex leak as well as the mess left by the first roofers we had. I could not be more impressed and pleased with Alberto, who worked alone (!), speedily and skillfully, and shared photographs that documented the work done. The contractor, the office staff, and Alberto were all friendly and professional. Thank you, Gryphon, and as for Monsoon Season... bring it on!

Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their "penetration seal" is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Highly recommend. Needed to get bids for my house and Russ at Gryphon was the only one who was able to give me a straight answer. They got the job done in the time frame that was needed. I enjoyed working with them AND... they clean up after themselves! Excellent!

An estimator was at my house within a day of my phone call. Brooks was very thorough and they started work within the week. The work was done quickly and completely. So far so good, no leaks.
