They were on time and professional. The was only delay was due to out of stock of the color I originally picked but Denise and Scott sent me other samples and I was able to get a better color. The day of install their crew came to door to let me know they were there and gave me time to get my things so I wouldn’t have to listen to hammering. They answered all my questions from quote to install and made me feel at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had my roof replaced by Colorado Roof Toppers this summer. They did a good job, got it done quickly, and did it for a fair price. Everything worked out smoothly, and I was glad to get someone local to replace my roof.

I had 5 different places give me bids.

Not only did Colorado Roof Toppers beat all of their quotes, but they also listened when I said I needed the gutters replaced too. I never had to repeat myself.

Scott was on-site both days they were here to check on things.
Denise was always very quick to respond with any questions we had.
Lupe and the on-site team always seemed to be progressing, there's an eerie silence at lunch because they're so hard at work the rest of the time.

They were fast, courteous, and stuck very close to the original quote when we were able to get the work handled.

CRF reroofed my 110 year old roof, which had up to five layers of shingles from over the years. I had to have decking placed over the original board decking, and compliance to building codes, which ensures I will have a quality roof for years to come, and the new roof will certainly be a huge bonus when I finally sell.

Our house was possibly hit with hail. We were concern if we need to replace or not the roof. We choose Colorado Roof Toppers to come and take a look and Scott came out at no charge and inspected the roof. He didn’t try to sell us a roof at all. Mr. Scott was honest and told us that our roof was fine and did not need to be replaced. He was extremely nice and very professional. We were grateful with his honesty.

Colorado Roof Toppers was an excellent choice. I originally did Google search and read reviews. CRT's were one of the highest rated that I saw. I also wanted to stay local and it was great that our local company had such great reviews. Then, when I called, Scott responded very quickly and came out to inspect the roof and gave a very professional quote and explained thoroughly all of the options. Once we got the quote and agreed on the job Scott and Denise were always professional and communicated the whole way through. We also built a new garage and they agreed to move our job to align with the garage and do the whole job at once. I was very impressed with their crew and the kept the yard clean the entire day while they stripped the old roof. They did very careful work and touched up any areas that needed it once the roof was complete. Our roof looks great and we could not be happier with the results and the choice of using Colorado Roof Toppers. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work that you might need done. Stan and Denise were great to work with. Kept in touch many times during the job. Their crew was great and very polite. Clean up was done well and nothing left behind. We had roof and new gutter and down spouts installed. Additional vents were added on the garage and more on the roof.

We have dealt with a lot of roofing companies over the years, but Colorado Roof Toppers was by far the best experience yet!
From initial estimate, to delivery, to installation, they were professional, courteous, on time, and did an amazing job. We actually felt like they were trying to protect our home the best way possible, making good suggestions up front, doing the work right at the end, and communicating with us all along the way. If we have to do another roof, they'll be our first call!

Bart and Denise were great to work with getting our roof replaced using our home owners insurance. Our roof was damaged by hail and Bart gave us a good estimate promptly after contacting them. Denise ran us through how the insurance process worked.

Their employees were all very professional and had the job finished in just over a day. Even painted some of the trim for us where one of the gutters had to be moved.

I don't do a lot of reviews. Forgive any shortcomings (and wordiness).

Our roof was trashed by the July 2019 hail storm. We contracted with Colorado Roof Toppers to replace it. The City hasn't inspected our new roof yet, and I haven't been up there -- not that I'd know what I'm looking at -- but I'm very confident that the work was done well.

The price was fair, but I think that's fairly non-negotiable in insurance claims.

Because I can't directly address workmanship or, that just leaves customer service as a place where a contractor can distinguish themselves.

And they did. I mean ... they really did.

Colorado Roof Toppers was one of the only companies that I've ever worked with that never made you wonder where things stood. They were/are proactive, conscientious, courteous, and professional.

They were trying to do installations throughout the winter which meant that we, and they, were all subject to the weather and schedule delays. They promptly notified us of what our 'position' was (in the queue), and kept us informed of any changes.

I'm a former Vice-President of a few publicly-traded companies. I'm not easily impressed.

Because it matters to them, they made the time to keep customers informed. They were also ridiculously responsive on the few occasions where I asked a question.

It's not something you truly appreciate until somebody does it well ... and then you don't want to do business any other way.

Denise and Scott (the owners) also just struck me as very good and decent people -- the kind of people who were more interested in doing a good job and making a customer for life than they were in taking their profit today and vanishing.

That feels rarer and rarer with each passing year.

The hail storm season is coming again soon. I hope we don't lose another roof. But if we do ... I'll be calling Colorado Roof Toppers again (if they don't call me first !).

We looked for a roofing company with close ties to us in Colorado and also one which had provided their service to other folks in our area. With all the many roofing projects going on as a result of the fine Colorado weather, we had ample opportunity to assess the work of several roofing companies just in our subdivision. Now that we have come through the replacement process, I can clearly understand what a difference it is to have a company with all their ducks lined up. Our roof job was fast, 1 1/2 days, quiet, from material delivery to installation the team from CRT was most deliberate about their tasks. No bundles dropped on the house ! My property was cleaner when they left it that when they first arrived. Oh, the roof looks super too. With the reviews on GAF roof materials, I'm thinking this will be my last roof. We are very pleased that we selected Colorado Roof Toppers. Welcome calls or inspections.

This small roofing company was perfect in every way. They provided excellent education and information. They were courteous, responsible and efficient. And they required NO money upfront, only at the end of the job. That's a sign of excellence.

Scott and Denise Bart had excellent communicant and coordination when working with them on our new roof. The process was simple, on time and quick. From the time we said go, it was less than 10 days to roof completion. Cleanup was impeccable and the crew was professional throughout.

I received bids from numerous roofing companies. A lot of the companies guaranteed to cost lower than what my insurance would pay. When I researched the products those companies were using, there were tons of complaints regarding the products. I then met Scott Bart with Colorado Roof Toppers. He showed me the difference of the GAF shingle and roofing system. I researched the product and his company and read hundreds of good reviews. The roof changed the entire appearance of my house. The team of roofers were professional, and the job was completed within days. They fixed problem vents, gutters, and even touched up my trim paint. Read the reviews for the GAF Timberline shingles and read the reviews for Colorado Roof Toppers. Also read the reviews about the warranties the different shingles claim they have. Most only cover the new shingle, but not tear out or labor replacement. GAF covers it all. Very pleased that I found this company, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I found Colorado RoofToppers on the Better Business Bureau website and I made an appointment for an appraisal because of their excellent reviews. I also got appraisals from two other roofers, who sent folks whose only job is appraisal and took a day or two to get back to me just to make the appointment. Roof Toppers is a husband and wife team and the owner himself returned my call right away and came out the next day. Their bid was the lowest and he was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions. I was amazed at how quick they answered all my questions via email. From 6 a.m. till 10 p.m. I got answers within an hour. The best part was that my roof was done in less than 3 hours and they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived!

With a big purchase it can be overwhelming to get the best quality and receive a fair price. Colorado roof toppers was very professional, always on time, clean, and respectful of our property.

I interviewed and accepted four bids for our re-roofing project. I felt Scott was the only individual I spoke to that really, thoroughly "knew" roofing. And unlike the other three, he did not ask to see my insurance appraisal cost. He knew his cost of doing business and priced accordingly. He was well under the maximum appraised cost to replace the roof. The job was done in two days. The crew members were courteous and cleaned up pretty well. I highly recommend Colorado Roof Toppers to anyone needing a new or replacement roof.

Colorado Roof Toppers replaced our hail damaged wood shake roof with GAF Grand Canyon Lifetime Designer shingles and replaced our damaged sky lights. We love the look of our new roof!! Scott was easily the most personable of the potential roofing contractors we met with. (We met with a total of 5 contractors.) He provided good feedback and recommendations regarding our roof. One thing he didn't do was spend any time on our roof. He understood the potential for additional damage to a wood shake roof if walked on too much. However, in hind site I think it would have been better for him to go on the roof to gather information and prepare a more solid basis for working with our insurance company to demonstrate that a complete roof replacement was warranted. But, in the end it didn't matter. Scott's team worked efficiently and effectively. They also left the yard clean after each day's work (2 1/2 days). We asked for an additional inlet vent to be added to our house to take full advantage of the new cobra exhaust vents installed on the ridges. He agreed to add the inlet vent and offered to complete the work for no additional charge!! Scott also provided a very fair price for the overall project...the actual price that he charges for the type of work we had done. He didn't "work the system" to try to get additional $$ from our insurance company. I greatly appreciate the honesty that Scott used in all aspects of our transaction. We enjoyed working with Scott and Denise Bart at Colorado Roof Toppers. The workmanship appears to be very good and they were very pleasant to work with!!
