We cannot speak highly enough of Columbine Roofing. We were part of the May 2024 hail storm home damage club and chose to work with Columbine upon recommendations from our neighbors and we couldn’t be more thankful that we listened to them. Working with Phil made us feel like we were in good hands from the beginning. They’re a family business and treat their customers like family. They listened to our needs and respected what we said along with what insurance would cover to bring us the best care for our home. We ended up having our roof and gutters done through them and are thrilled with the results. The roofing team was efficient, professional and did a thorough clean up job. Our gutters were completed the next day by an equally professional and respectful team who worked diligently to get our home back to looking new. Every part of this process was made easy and our minds were at ease working with the Columbine Team. We cannot thank them enough!

really wanted to like this company as Jeremy ( owner? ) sounds professional and knows what he was doing . However , after knowing we were denied by our homeowner insurance with the hail damage on the roof , Jeremy ghosted me . I’ve called a few times, left voicemail and text message and have not heard back from him.

I would want a company that wants to be in their customers best interest but i guess he just wants easy cases since they must be too busy to respond back.

We had a patio cover built and the guy that built it said he could do the roof, so we allowed him to and regretted it shortly after. Didn’t look right, and wouldn’t you know, it didn’t work right either. He came back to “fix it” and we told him to leave after he tried fo put more shingles and tar on top of an already leaking roof. I reached out to Columbine and told them my problem and they came out and did an emergency fix because rain was expected and did that the same day, then scheduled us for a week out for the full repair. It was done correctly, quickly and with no problems. Can’t recommend them enough. Any roofing needs we have will be done by Columbine forever going forward.

Although we were not able to go with Columbine on getting the roof replaced due to insurance reasons, they still were with us through the whole process. We had warranty claim on the roof of our 3 year old house. Due to some lingering issues with the original roofer, we chose to use Columbine. They were responsive, prompt, and had our roof replaced in less than 1 day. Great family owned business!

Columbine roofing sent out a crew to our farm house in Eastern Colorado. The crew was conscientious about the vegetation surrounding the house and took great care to clean up after the job was done.

I am a local Realtor and received Columbine's info from another Realtor in our office for a roof inspection. I put in a request online after normal business hours expecting to hear back the next day. But instead they called me within 15 min of putting in the request and happened to be close to the house I needed inspected so they went right over! I submitted my request at 6:30PM and I had the inspection video in my email by 7:45PM with multiple phone calls in between! Amazing!! I've worked with a lot of Roofers in my 20 years of real estate and I was blown away by the responsiveness and customer service!! I will definitely be continuing my relationship with Columbine and will be referring them to my clients and co-workers!

Columbine’s proposal matched our insurance adjustor’s estimate. Excellent presentation of their re-roofing process helping our understanding and confidence. Their Project Manager and crew were friendly and very skilled. Work was completed in one day. Columbine moved a bird’s nest to our backyard tree saving four baby birds. Coordinating our daily activities (family outings, dog walking, etc.) was very smooth. Highly recommended

As the snow was melting after the last big storm, I noticed a small leak in my garage roof. A neighbor highly recommended Columbine Roofing, and several other people in the neighborhood had used them.

Steve was very nice and prompt to help. He came with a couple of guys and quickly found the problem. Fortunately, it was a minor issue and they patched it all up. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Working with Columbine was a flawless process from the initial call. The staff was so helpful, and worked to correct some issues we had with one of their competitors. The project manager was informative in the selection process and so communicative with the process and scheduling. The workers were amazing, and had the new roof demoed and put on in 24 hrs. When it came to choosing our shingle color, Josh actually took me around the neighborhood in his truck so I could see various colors on different homes. The crew was timely, professional, and fast. After one of the recent hail storms, Jesse came out to inspect our roof free of charge. He showed us a video of the roof from the inspection and didn't at all pressure us. I would definitely recommend and if repairs are warranted in the future would have them come out!

Columbine Roofing and in particular Stevan did an absolutely brilliant job replacing the roof on my home. The hail storm of 8/24/18 damaged my existing roof beyond repair. I found myself having to replace my shingle roof with tile given HOA events out of my control. After endless estimates by fly by night, hard sell roofers, I finally came across Columbine through a friend who had used them.

Stevan promptly came out to take a look at the damage to the roof and to understand what I wanted as a replacement. I showed him some small samples of tiles that I thought I might like but given there small size it was really difficult for my wife and I to even imagine what they may look like when installed as a new roof. Stevan suggested that we go to a roof tile yard to take a look at larger samples. That was an awesome suggestion. At the yard they had a full 10'x10' sample installations that gave me a much better idea of what the final product would look like. I picked a few samples that I though would work. Stevan arranged to have them brought to the house where he then climbed up on my roof and laid the tiles out so that my wife and I could really get a clear idea of what the final product would look like. That was such a helpful service he provided. Lugging all those samples up there was no easy task. Had we not done this, I am certain we would have chosen the wrong tile.

Once the tiles was selected, Stevan prepared a thorough bid and timeline. The bid was very reasonable, his extra effort to help us select the right tile, and a glowing recommendation from a friend made me feel comfortable with giving him the project.

Once the weather cooperated, the work commenced. The old roof came off, and the new one began to take shape. His crew was extremely professional and careful with all of my landscaping, pets, and children. The roof looks better than I could have ever imagined. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Columbine roofing and Stevan.

Steve and his crew came and replaced our old wood shake shingle roof. It was a huge job and I was seriously amazed they did it in less than a day. His crew worked their tails off. They even came back to make sure our gutters were cleared out the next day. We are extremely happy with our roof and the work they did - HIGHLY recommend!

Jesse, Andy, Mical, Cole and our crew were simply spectacular! With the recent barrage of storms in Colorado, we've been bombarded with offers for roofing contractors...we had turned them all away until April. Jesse and his crew were doing the roof for a neighbor and knocked on our door and offered a free inspection. Within an hour, my roof was inspected, I'd seen a full video of the process and clearly marked areas of damage to our roof. Jesse left his card and we had a call the next business day. We were walked through the entire process in a true no-pressure manner that included a face to face meeting with Mical, a great educational walk-through of Columbine's processes and products. We had a clear estimate for the work to be done, they met on the roof with our adjuster and have walked alongside in an open and honest manner to get our new roof.
Our products were delivered at the time we were told they would be delivered. Our crew showed up earlier than we were told to expect them, had our property protected and the old roofing off within a couple hours. We have a LOT of roof and the crew had everything stripped, replaced and cleaned up before dinnertime.

Its been a full week and we have had follow up contact regarding our satisfaction.

If you need exterior work, these are the guys I'd hire again in a blink!!!

I was just confronted by an A. Taylor (assistant project manager) badgering me at my front door, who would not take "no" for an answer when I told him I don't take solicitors. He answered "I don't think you understand, if your roof caves in.... blah blah blah" When I finally shut the door on him, he very deliberately left his card on my door.

I would like you to imagine telling someone who just rang your doorbell "I don't take solicitors" only to have them argue, followed by them forcibly leaving their card on your door. Would you appreciate this? Would it in any way motivate you to do anything other than complaining? Would you want to hire this person to fix your roof? It has to be some of the most bizarre behavior I have ever seen at my front door. I really can't fathom why he carried himself like this. If you knock on my door, you are on private property, and I have no obligation to give you my attention.

While I can understand desperation in sales, or even feeling obligated to inform people of your services, making statements like "I don't think you understand" and "if your roof caves in..." in a sort of threatening tone of voice is not appropriate. I hope he was just having a bad day.

Steve has replaced several roofs for our rental properties in the last several months, most of which were a result of last year's wind and hail storms; this was by far the easiest, no hassle company to work with. They handled everything with our insurance, they were timely in meeting the adjuster to evaluate the roof, and prior to meeting the adjuster Steve took video of the what he found to show us and submit to insurance! He was very timely submitting all paperwork to the insurance company, I never had to follow up on any of it. Then when the work was ready to be done, they were incredibly timely and had the job done in one day, from tear off to replacement. I would highly recommend Columbine, they are professional, accurate, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Thank you Steve for all of you and your guys' hard work, we greatly appreciate how easy it was to work with you!

Mical Coblentz was our Project Manager for our recent roof install, he provided a quote, worked with us on the insurance claim, helped us with understanding the claim process and worked very hard for us as an advocate in resolving some claim discrepancies with our insurance company. We had wind and hail damage to our roof end of last year. Columbine roofing is the roofing company we chose to carry out the work. We are so pleased with our NEW ROOF. It is beautiful. Working with them was low stress,. They really tried to bend over backwards and accommodate our schedule. They were very upfront and easy to understand as far as cost goes. They did not try to up sell us but did give us options. We decided to chose an upgraded roof from what we previously had, (did cost a little more out of pocket) but we found out that it saved us a substantial ($580.00) per year on our home owners insurance now! Definitely worth that! Since it was around the Christmas time, they did deliver the roofing supplies a day earlier than what was planned so it caught us off guard (because we have 3 larger dogs,) but that was kinda of nice and they were really trying to plan around weather found out. They did our roof in 1 day and we have a 2 story 2300 sq foot home. They cleaned up well because we were concerned with the nails and debris from a pet owner's stand point. Our dogs eat everything! This company did a fantastic job on my roof! I can't believe how my home looks now. They took care of the insurance company just like they said they would. Mike and the Columbine team were amazing! Mike is straightforward and honest. He helped educate us on the roofing materials as well as how the insurance claim process would work. The crew was timely, polite, and thorough and cleaned up the site afterwards. Roof passed inspection with no issue and we have gotten many of compliments from the neighbors. Columbine's staff worked well with the insurance company to make the claim easy and stress-free. After the roof was replaced we hired a siding contractor who caused serious damage to the brand new roof. Mike was caring and responsive when we told him what happened. He went above and beyond to help us - meeting with us and the siding contractor multiple times to go over the damage and form a plan. I can't say enough about the great experience we had with Steve and Columbine Roofing! These guys are the A-Team of roofers. An exceptionally professional experience end to end. Steve was patient and worked with us through many different technical options to get us to the right choice for our place at the right price. Throughout the install, the Columbine guys were polite professionals who took extra care to make sure everything was done with utmost precision and craftsmanship. The attention to detail was amazing. I casually mentioned at one point that one gas vent was ever-so-slightly out of alignment; seconds later a -team- of people were attacking the problem and making it perfect. I mentioned that my old roof had a slight dip in one section and asked if they could they possibly make sure that's addressed. Minutes later, Steve is on the phone with a supplier ordering a specialty-sized piece of ridge vent cut to make the lines of the house are 100% to my satisfaction. If I could give them 6 stars I would, they are that good. If you have a roofing need, it'd be a huge mistake to call anyone else but this elite team of super roofers.

Columbine Roofing is outstanding, we knew that our roof was bad but did not know how bad it really was until Columbine roofing stopped by, they did a house down the street and they could see the damage, the gentleman knocked on the door and explained who he was and asked if it was ok to do an inspection of our roof, we said yes and he explained that we had wind damage and it was pretty bad, he then sent us a you tube video via email and it showed the severity of the damage and that most likely our insurance would cover this, we had a meeting with Mical C. and he went over the details with us and called the insurance company, when the adjuster came out Mical went on the roof with him and it was determined that the damage was caused by the wind storm we had and it was covered. Contract was signed the HOA approved the shingle color and they finished the tear off and new roof in 2 days, we have a large house, the roofers were very professional and courteous and we could not be happier. They left 2 signs in our yard with their company name and it is an advertisement, these signs will remain until the insurance inspector comes to check the work they did, we typically would not do this but we want people to know who did our roof and we have recommended Columbine Roofing to 3 of our neighbors who also have the possibility of the same damage we had occur. Columbine Roofing is outstanding and we highly recommend!

I can't say enough about my experience. Purchased a house which had a roof installed by columbine more than a year before my purchase. After moving in found some leaks. I called columbine on a Friday, they showed up Saturday morning at 8am to fix the roof.
