We have a large shop that was built around 2008 and had not had the roof cleaned. Jonathan did an amazing job and the roof looks great. He also cleaned three gables on our home that were getting mossy. The price was less than half of another company. Estimating and scheduling were so easy -- Isaak is easy to reach and responds quickly. We will definitely use them again.

Did a great job cleaning the roof , it’s nice to tackle that green moss with something heavier duty than that powder stuff they sell at lowes.

Fantastic service. Caleb was prompt, professional, courteous and assiduously performed all services with a high attention to detail and can-do attitude. Very pleased with the results. He explained his reasoning for all services performed, was flexible in scheduling, and provided detailed communication. I rarely write reviews anymore, frankly because the art of customer care is lost on so many service providers these days. Caleb was the antithesis of this. I would endorse his work 100% and intend to call him again when I need my roof cleaned in a few years.

Not only that, but months later he noticed that there were a couple problem spots on the roof while he was driving by. They weren't clearing up as fast as expected. Without any prompting on our part he came by and offered to re-spray the roof to make sure it got fully cleaned.

Ahhhmazing service and results! I was in communication with Caleb who was very attentive at providing quotes and scheduling. Isaac came out to clear our gutters and remove blockages. We were told by our gardener we'd have to replace them as there was a block... I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and did so with this company. Isaac did an amazing job clearing the gutter downspout blockage and no need to replace gutters. Isaac informed us of their deck and algae removal service. I scheduled a 2nd visit for Isaac (who is so courteous and helpful) to come out and take care of the deck. We couldn't believe how beautiful it shined after he was done. It's never looked this good and clean!!! I am so glad they came out to help us! Thanks again!

The young man that cleaned our roof was very courteous, efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning off our roof. He noticed that there was the beginning of moss growing on areas that could not be seen from the ground on our steep pitched roof lines. He did not try to sell me on applying a moss treatment but due to his recommendations I did have the treatment done.
I will be using Green Roof and Gutter Cleaning again.

Caleb and crew at Green Roof came out and cleaned up our roof and gutters, then installed stainless steel gutter protectors so they don't plug up with pine needles again. They were on time the day of our appointment and worked hard to get it all finished in one day and cleaned everything up before they left. Green Roof and Gutter Cleaning, Bellingham popped up in my Instagram feed. I contacted them for a quote and received a quick response. The worker arrived on time and made quick work of cleaning my roof, spraying out my gutters, and cleaning my solar panels. No complaints on their work. As I get older, I have less desire to be up on my steep 2 story roof. It was worth the money to me.

And within hours, they gave us a quote and got us on their schedule. They came out a couple days after that, and were prompt, knowledgeable, diligent, and tidy with their work. Other companies we spoke to were slow to respond (if at all), and wouldn't come out until the following week -- and that was to just give us a quote. We couldn't be more impressed, and will certainly be contacting them first for our annual maintenances going forward. Green Roof and Gutters did a great job for us. Caleb was very professional and a wonderful communicator. He was very efficient with getting us an estimate and scheduling the job in a timely manner. His pricing was not inflated like most places.
We have a challenging metal roof section on our home that a different company said they may or may not be able to do. Austin who serviced the home was not only able to do it for us but happily went over it twice because we look over this section from upstairs. Green Roof and Gutter Cleaning cleaned out my nasty gutters that were literally growing plants in them. They showed up when they said they would, were very professional, and very fair on price. They cleaned up the debris that they dug out of my gutters and were away without a trace (except for my sparkling gutters, of course.) I will 100% use them again, and I 100% recommend.

The work was performed on time and the quality of the work was fantastic for both the interior and exterior of the gutters. We'd not cleaned our gutters in the 4 years since we bought our home, so there was quite a bit to do. They did an excellent job, and we'll be calling them again for future gutter cleaning.

Living in a heavily forested area for 12+ years we've used several services every year for our roof and gutter cleaning. Last year was our first time with this business and I only wish we'd found them sooner. Caleb and his crew did amazing work, clearing all debris and cleaning off moss to an extent we haven't been able to get before. They even went above and beyond by putting a few window screens on the upper windows back in their tracks that had been knocked partially out by our cats. I received a response to my online quote request for roof and gutter cleaning from Green Roof and Gutter really quickly. Caleb was able to use public county data to give an estimate without visiting, which expedited the process. Pricing was very reasonable and less than quotes I got from competitors. They were able to schedule me quickly and their work cleaning my roof and gutters and applying moss protectant to my roof was great. It was such a good experience I had them back out shortly after to do a "soft wash" of my house and garage. The quote/scheduling process was similarly easy. The difference the soft wash made was surprisingly good. I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend their work.

2024 EDIT to add: Had the team out to another property for a roof wash, gutter clean, house soft wash in Spring 2024 when we couldn't get a new insurance policy due to the roof looking like it needed to be replaced. After having the roof cleaned and giving the moss preventer the season to work, the roof looks great and insurance had no problem issuing a new policy! Their work saved me from having to prematurely buy a new roof; well worth the cost of the cleaning!
