Jared came to our home at scheduled time for our crawl space inspection. He was very respectful and listened to our concerns. He was very thorough and detailed in his report and he sent it to us the same evening he completed the inspection. His sense of humor and his realistic recommendations were appreciated by us.

Dan from Green House Home Inspection did the inspection on our new home. He was extremely thorough and informative. He spent three hours going through every part of the house. The house was in great shape but he still managed to find a leak in the bathtub by unscrewing a panel in the closet and getting a view of the bathtub piping that even the original owner did not know about. He even got us the report from the inspection the same night. I highly recommend Green House Home Inspection to anyone looking for inspectors!

Jared from Green House Home Inspection provided us with a professional, thorough house inspection. It was our first time doing this and he was helpful, patient, and answered all our questions. He spent over three and a half hours with us, and then provided us with a 74-page report full of photos and notes by the end of the day. We were very happy with Jared's work, though it revealed a lot of issues we had been unaware of. We had gotten one other quote of another highly recommended home inspection service, and Green House's fee more than $200 less than the other quote. We highly recommend Jared and Green House, and would definitely use them again.

The seller's realtor may not like them but you should. We hired Green House based on the reviews confirming that they are thorough and informative. Our daughter recently bought a house and spent thousands in unexpected costs for items that a thorough inspection would have picked up. Jared spent the time (3 1/2 hours) inspecting an old house, explaining everything he was checking and advising not just on defects as such, but on things that we'd want to improve for safety reasons when we have small children visiting. He is not alarmist, keeping everything in context, but he leaves you with confidence both that you know whether to go forward with the purchase, and that if you do you'll know what you should to be a happy homeowner and to do the little things that will avoid large costs later.

Dan of Green House Home Inspection was awesome. Dan met us on a Sunday and explained the process of the home inspection to me. Dan was thorough and had all of the appropriate equipment with him to complete the inspection. He was very patient and explained his findings as we went along. The final report was completed and emailed within hours of finishing the inspection.

Dan was amazing! He did an extremely in depth inspection and found potential issues that we never would have found! He was very thorough and made sure to explain everything he was checking, why he was checking it, and why it was okay/not okay. I highly recommend this company for inspections. I have the pleasure of having Dan Howes inspected the house that I want to buy. He diligently inspected the house and showed me what need to be done to mitigate the problems. I admired that he found major problems with the house which saved me a lot of money. He found out electrical hazard in the panel. With my inexperience, it's very difficult to see. The first time I've ever seen termites on beams and see dislodged beams. A house is a major investment which needs good home inspector like Dan to inspect it. I would highly recommend him for your house inspection. You won't be disappointed.

I am very picky and wanted to avoid the haphazard, surface-level only home inspection that just wastes everyone's time. I requested references and ultimately went with a company that had compelling positive reviews and could not be happier with my choice. I worked with Dan for all of my home inspections this cycle, and I am beyond satisfied. Dan is very thorough and professional; shows up early to start on the outside of the house; and takes his time to look at every little thing, explain it to me in great detail, ensure I understand it, and include all of the information and more in the report sent later that day. Highly recommend greenhouse home inspections. I had already waived the inspection on my recent real estate purchase but wanted a checklist of things I should watch and do a repair for my own purposes. I had a very tight day and time schedule that I could do and the team was able to accommodate it.

I was lucky enough to get the boss himself to do my inspection, and he went above and beyond my expectations. You can really tell that he has a company that truly care about their craft. He was easy to talk to and made sure to help you get any documents your bank would need.

Dan was my home inspector. He was there on time and extremely thorough with his inspection and very knowledgeable with the parts to a house. he uncovered flaws that i would not have detected on my own(one example is a subtle sewer line issue). I was able to approach the seller with some of the issues that he(the inspector) uncovered and i got the seller to pay for some of the repairs needed which resulted in me saving money. . Since the seller paid for these repairs detected by the home inspector I would say the inspection paid for itself.

First time home buyer with minimal mechanical knowledge. Jared came out and provided me with a detailed and educational home inspection on a condo I am purchasing. The condo had previously had a home inspection completed for a previous buyer and different inspection company 1 month prior. Jared found several additional issues that previously were not discovered, including a mold issue and gave me a good idea of potential future problems and how to prevent them.The report the company sends to you is clear, detailed, and has many pictures for reference. Used Greenhouse for another home purchase - This time we had Dan. He did another thorough inspection on an older home for us. We were thankful for all information provided during the home inspection. Ultimately we didn't end up moving forward because the extent of the needed repairs were too much for our budget, so I know I'll be reaching out to Jared & Dan for more inspections in the future.

Update: We hired Green House Home inspection for another house we were planning to purchase this year and boy am I happy we did because their thoroughness kept us from making a very expensive mistake. Not only were they readily available to come out and do the inspection on a very short notice but they spent close to 5 hrs and left nothing to chance. Their report was amazing and extremely detailed which was extremely helpful. If I could give more stars I would. I look forward to using these guys again when we find our next home. Thank you Dan!

My experience with Green House Home Inspection was phenomenal. Starting with how easy it was to schedule a last minute inspection (had to be completed within 5 days). They showed up right on time and despite the miserable weather (snow on the ground and freezing rain) got right to work. I couldn't believe how thorough they were and checked absolutely everything on the property.
