Not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from, but the crew we experienced need to be trained in customer service. Martin was fine, but Mike’s english was not good and was the main communicator, so very difficult to understand. He was condescending to my wife, incredibly defensive when question were asked, demeanor was very transactional, reckless with our landscaping, and gave a quote that didn’t seem to be based in any data. I’d look for other companies to validate whatever they tell you. Especially if it comes from “Mike.”
