Was in need of a new roof and after multiple different quotes Curtis from Greater American put us at ease, educated us and made our decision on who to work with easy! It didn't stop there with our experience being great. The team in the office and on the roof were timely with responses and informative. Was very impressed with the whole crew. Highly recommend!

We were so impressed with Justin and his team at Greater American. They were super responsive and professional from the beginning, always keeping in contact by phone and email and showing up when expected. They did a wonderful job on our windows and the price was very reasonable. We are very happy and would highly recommend!

My roof had been leaking into my home for a while. I called Greater American Construction to get a quote. The owner, Kurt, came out to do the quote. I received the quote, and it was priced within my budget. I want to thank Kurt, Tom, Dianne, and the crew for all their hard work and keeping me informed on the progress. I also had them replace one of my windows, and it looks great! I will definitely have them replace more of my windows in the future.

I have hired Greater American for their services from windows to siding jobs for many, many years! Although the business has changed owners, the quality hasn't changed. I will continue to call on them for anything that I need done. They are prompt and I can trust excellent work and a quality job done. I made a mistake of hiring another company for a siding job on a rental and regretted every minute of it! I only hired the other company because GAC was busy and months out. I got in a hurry but learned my lesson! Patience pays off!

I've had a new roof put on my garage in 2021, gutters repair and additional work in deflecting water inside my garage recently January 2025. In 2015, new stainless windows installed with wooden casing to match the Craftsman style windows in my living room. I will continue to be a repeat satisfied customer.

I just had my siding replaced and they were excellent, always responded to my calls, helped work with my insurance company to get my claim filed and settled. And the installer was excellent and so thoughtful and cleaned up after him self every day. I highly recommend this company.

We are very thankful that we selected Greater American Construction to install a new metal roof on our house! They quoted us a fair price and certainly met our expectations. Their crew is experienced and top notch! They pay very close attention to the details and make sure everything is precise! Everyday before they leave the job site they make sure everything is clean,tidy and debris is hauled away, They completed our project in a timely manor and we are 100% satisfied with the results!

We were in the time sensitive situation, and I called greater American Construction, I talked with a young lady by the name of Amy and this company took us under their wing when they didn't have have to and came to our rescue. They were so professional and yet made us feel so comfortable in a situation that was borderline devastating to us. Their work was fast yet very efficient. From the owners to the roofers to Amy herself, we were very blessed, it is nice to know that there is still companies out there that will reach out and actually help you in the time of need. I've worked with Greater American Construction, Curtis and Dyanne, before but this project was windows at my parents' house which is mostly a log house. Mom really wanted windows with the blinds behind the glass. We only had 3 options for companies. When we decided on the windows we contacted Curtis to see if he could get them and do the installation. He could and we were set. We were all much more comfortable with the idea of them doing the install since I've worked with them before and their work has always been stellar. I've referred them to several friends and their work is consistently amazing. Highly recommend them. I've used them for windows and roof at my house. I don't think I ever wrote a review after those (well windows were so long ago the internet might not have been available haha). I'll probably need to replace those windows someday and I know who I'll be calling. ;) I really enjoy working with them. Just wish we had more money for more projects they could do for us.

I am so pleased with the new roof they put on our house! They did a great job. And everyone I had contact with was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

Had major hail damage in August of 2023 and as we were so satisfied with the original installation they did for us years ago I called on them to do the replacement with great confidence! This included the roof, gutters, gutter guard, windows, and siding. Kurt and Dyanne are great to work with and their crew of workers are first class! Dyanne was so helpful to give me references for people I could trust for some of the smaller jobs which can be a real challenge in these times.

Brandon did the siding on our house by himself. He had excellent attention to detail, added great extra touches and was very personable. Though he took a little longer, it was absolutely worth the wait! The house is beautiful!
The warranty on the siding & trim is superior! Justin and Brandon both said it would be easy to fix anything that might come up down the road.
We have almost no train noise now and our house was much cooler this summer!

We had our roof replaced over 20 years ago. Very pleased with the Greater American's crew, workmanship and product. Our roof was in great shape until a tree fell on our house in January 2021. The contractor we hired, was unfortunately, incompetent. We reached out to Greater American Construction to ask for their opinion on our roof, siding and rain gutters. We cannot express how thankful we were to know them and help us through this nightmare! Our house is thankfully intact and we owe it to Greater American Construction!

I have a 1950s old stucco home that I could not insulate for the life of me so I decided to go with greater American Construction to put insulated siding and new windows in my house and I have saved a ton of money and it looks beautiful they did an awesome job for very quick and efficient cleaned up after their work it was a wonderful experience I suggest using greater American Construction for all of your siding, rain gutters and more

What an absolutely amazing company. Of all the companies we got bids from, Curt was the only one that actually went up and really assessed our roof. The work crew was quick and professional. Thank you for making our roof beautiful! We will definitely recommend you!

I contacted Greater American for a quote for vinal siding windows, and gutters.
Justin came out very prompt wrote up the bid. I was waiting for 2 other companies to come give bids but they did not respond.
Justins bid was very close to what I had budgeted for my project, so accepted the bid.
They brought out samples for me to see and explained all of there procedures to me, and products.
When the installers arrived Rich and his crew got my new windows installed very quickly in less than a day. Very polite fast and explained everything. Rich also installed the stone front on my house very precise and quickly.
The next day the sider showed up Brandon was terrific, he worked fast and was very maticulas about his work, and a Great eye for detail. Brandon had my house finished in less than a week making it look like a totally different house. He cleaned up everything each day and was very organized. Rich and his crew came back installed the gutters in about 3 hrs. Wow..
I highly recommend Greater American Construction to everyone for there home projects.

We requested bids from numerous companies. Kurt is the only one who showed up on time and prepared with samples of what his company had to offer. He was very informative and did not try and sell us options we were not interested in. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family and would gladly pay for them even if their estimate was higher than their competitors. All of the installers showed up on time and were very professional and considerate of our home. Brandon's attention to detail surpasses my own, which I will not admit that often. I would use this company again, without consulting other bids. It's hard to find honest contractors these days and this company prevails!

We requested rain gutters with short notice, and the crew from Greater American delivered a great job! Curt and his crew were incredibly friendly and professional.

We got quotes from pretty much every siding and window place in town and I have to say Curt was by far the nicest of them all. Not only that they were the best quote. We decided to wait till the next year after we got our quote and Curt was fine with coming back and talking with us. We went a head and got siding, windows, doors and rain gutters done. I will say that the guys that he has come in are super professional and fast workers. They got our whole house done in a little less than a week. I couldn't believe how fast they got everything done. Now our house looks so different that the pizza delivery guy couldn't find our house because it looks so different from google maps! Even after a couple months if I have questions for them they always answer the phone and get my questions answered. I couldn't be more happy with them and would highly recommend to anyone I know go deal with Great American!
