We recently had a cedar roof replaced with GAF shingles by Great West Enterprises Ltd., and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and delivered exactly what they promised. The roof looks fantastic, the cost was exactly what they quoted, and they made sure to thoroughly clean up the property after the job was done. Highly recommend!

We just had our roof replaced by Rhamil and his team. Rhamil and Great West Roofing (enterprises) were great to work with. Rhamil always called us when he said he would and when we needed to ask any questions he always answered his phone. We were so impressed. He kept us informed all along the way. There were no surprises like other companies that we have dealt with in the past. Everyone was so polite and efficient. Just there to do their job and do it right. (They even cleaned up after finishing their work) I called the office a couple of times as well and Saira got right back to me. I must say it was a real pleasure dealing with this company, and our new roof looks great.

Great West Enterprises replaced the metal roof at St Andrews Anglican Church, in Langley. They did a great job, were very through and easy to deal with. Very competitive price. Rhamil and his team were great, lots of helpful suggestions and completed the work on time and budget. I highly recommend Great West Enterprises.

I was very pleased with the whole process from the time I made my first call to acquire information about replacing my roof to the completion of the project. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They were efficient organized and tidy. A big thank you to the whole team for an amazing job.

Terrific service. Rhamil responded rapidly to my problem of a roof leak. He assessed the problem which was leaking around vents. Although this was not an immediate emergency since I prevented further damage by placing a pail in the attic, he had Michael come out the next day and replace the rubber fittings around 3 vents that were defective.

On Thanksgiving, October 14, 2024, I heard drip...drip...drip on an inside wall. My worst fears took over...who am I going to call? It's Thanksgiving, and no one is going to come and look at this.--- A number of years earlier Great West Enterprises installed a new roof on my property, so I decided that my first call was to them. To my surprise, a representative answered the call, and after a bit of discussion, he said that someone would be here within the hour. The representative arrived and surveyed the problem...
"Our repair guy did a temporary patch on one of the plumbing vent flashings as the rubber boot flashing vent got deteriorated" . I follow-up, as requested with Rhaml, and new vent parts were ordered. About ten (10) days later, Darren and Michael arrived, and replaced the worn out parts on all four (4) vents. --- The whole process was seamless, and I thought that Great West provide exceptional service. Thank you , Great West, for a job well done. Much appreciated.

Great job! They were fantastic from start to finish. Came out shortly after we contacted them, gave us samples and a detailed quote, and as soon as we said we wanted to go ahead with the job, they were super quick doing the work including putting on new gutters and leaf guard (essentially 3 days) and they did a great job! Our roof looks great! Rhamil the general manager was very professional, very friendly, and always responded quickly to our messages and questions. They always cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I left in the morning to go to work and when i came home there was a bin in our driveway and a lot of the roof had been replaced already. Pricing was fair and considering the quality and speed of the work along with the 20 year warranty that is transferable to future owners I think we would be hard pressed to find a better price. Overall, we were very impressed with them and would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof. They might not be the cheapest but they probably my are the best value and quality for your money.

The guys at Great West roofing did an amazing job on removing the old roof using specialized equipment minimizing debris. Tony and his crew showed great pride in there work with clean straight lines in all the peaks and valley’s. Rhamil was great to work with as he guided us through the whole process. Rhamil of Great West Enterprises Ltd. is a good man. He is easy to deal with and he knows his trade very well. He knew right away what to do with problems I have in my flat roof and recommended other small roof issues that I did not even notice.

His crew are very able roofers as well. I am very happy with the work they did on my flat roof.

But most of all, it did not cost me an arm and a leg. The cost is surprisingly reasonable.

Incredible crew & great workmanship. We just had our roof re-done by this company - stripped down to the shiplap, new plywood, barrier, shingles. The crew were so professional, respectful and amazing to see how they helped each other - great teamwork. Michael and LA were the two running the project - they were efficient and managed the project from start to finish. Impressed at how they laid tarps down around the house to protect our property. I received a quote, for replacing two ancient skylights, within and day. It took a bit of time for the custom skylights to come, but then they were installed in one afternoon. They are beautiful! The crew was friendly and professional. Rhamil checked in during the process and stopped by to make sure everything was going well and he sent before and after pictures.The whole process was easy and the invoice matched the quote, no adjustment. Very much appreciated.

We had our entire roof redone by Great West Enterprises. Old shingles removed and had a standing seam metal roof installed. We received a number of quotes and met with other companies prior to meeting with Rhamil. We are glad we met with him. Rhamil was very professional and friendly to deal with. He answered all of our questions and educated us on how the proper installation of a standing seam metal roof should be, without taking shortcuts. Tony and the crew performed as promised. Fabulous company to deal with from start to finish. We discovered the leak on Christmas day. Rhamil was on site to investigate within a day of calling. A thorough inspection of the roof and inside inside the attic was done to assess the damage. Due to heavy rains they were not able to start the replacement immediately so they tarped the roof to prevent further leaks in the house. When the job commenced the crew on site were very polite and worked hard to complete the house and garage roofs before the next rainfall. During the process they were very accommodating and respectful of trimming tree branches and covering sensitive garden areas to our specifications. The site was spotless when they left.

Had this company come out to look at our roof after discussing the job with the owner I felt that his knowledge was excellent he was very personal and showed me what needed to be done he had great pricing came in and with his crew they came showed up early finished the roof in 1 day with a couple hours clean up the next day I would definitely recommend anyone that wants a great job and done correctly to work with this company

It was the best decision, that our Strata Council made, to hire Great West Enterprises roofing company, for our project, roofs replacement on our 8 Strata buildings with 56 townhouses. It was due to age and compromised condition, and hiring Great West Enterprises was the best decision, we made in the last 10 years or so. Great people working there, Rhamil, the owner and projects manager, his office people, Tony and his several working crews, all were very knowledgeable, highly professional, always friendly, and honest, sometimes sacrificing their working conditions, just to keep townhouse owners living their daily life without stress. Working 6 days a week, long hours, every day cleaning their roof shingles, all cutouts, and all debris, leaving every single day evening all cul-de-sac clean, this is an attitude, that every worker here had. Very impressive. They spent here 3.5 months and all this time we had very enjoyable communication with them, every problem we discussed together, they even sometimes repaired problems, which weren't part of their scope. Always honest, high workmanship, very reasonable project price, they keep us every day updated about their working progress, great decision to give them our project to do. Great West did an amazing job of converting our old cedar roof to asphalt shingles. Very professional workers who kept the place clean and tidy everyday. I recommend this company to anyone interested in quality roofing repairs done at great price.

Rhamil and Tony and the rest of the crew replaced my asphalt roof. They showed up on the day they said they would despite it being one of the hottest weeks this summer. They worked hard for three days to finish the roof on time. They cleaned the site daily, were polite. The old roofing was removed and carted away in a timely manner. The new roof was installed well and it looks great.
