Great Lakes Roofing Corporation - Waukegan, IL

I spent $60,000 putting on a new roof with Great Lakes Roofing. The job was completed in 2019. Less than 18 moths later the roof developed a leak. My tenant called Great Lakes Roofing. They came out, fixed the leak and then sent me a bill for $3,685. They said the leaks were not covered by the 10 year warranty. I told them that was ridiculous. For $60,000 the warranty should cover this. Rather than working with me on this they got an attorney and put a lien on the building. For the last two years I've called to get them to discuss this. They do not return my phone calls. They are adding interest and that adds another added another $2000 in expense to this bill.

I would not do business with them again.

Everything is really really good and tasty but they can't seem to get the order right some got fries that didn't want some got cheese that didn't want But everything tasting really good just gotta work on getting the orders that people want correct
