We have used them multiple times from emergency water issues to new basement flooring to remodeling our kitchen. I trust them immensely, they are friendly and respectful and kind. Most importantly they listen to make sure they are doing what we want them to do. I was worried after a big kitchen project that I would be aggravated with them but it never happened and I will use them again and again.

In the beginning, I was a novice and was very apprehensive about working with a contractor for the reconstruction of not one, but two basements. But during the experience, Rafael Pichardo, VP of Operations, patiently walked me through the process, addressed all of my concerns and needs, and ensured my level of satisfaction. In the end, I was left in awe… Rafael and his staff of specialists delivered above and beyond what I expected---outstanding multi-skilled craftsmanship; vast problem solving skills; personable professionalism; and extremely fair and reasonable pricing.
I would have no reservations with hiring them again for future restoration or reconstruction services!

Our water heater flooded our basement and thankfully we called 5 Star. Quickly had a team of experienced professionals at our house. Cleanup was fast and our insurance company complimented how easy they were to work with. Repairs look even better than before.

I decided to have my carpet clean by 5-star Restoration before the holidays. I have to say that they did an outstanding job!! They were able to remove the pet stains and the fresh smell afterwards it’s amazing. They were on time for the appointment, friendly service they book you right away and I highly recommend this carpet cleaning crew to my family and friends especially for those who own pets and have small children.

We got hit with an intense windstorm which caused heavy tree limbs to fall and damage my roof. 5 Star provided excellent emergency response and excellent workmanship. My roof was back to normal quickly and all it took was a phone call.

My power went out during a storm and my sub pump stopped working but it kept raining and it caused my whole finished basement to flood two weeks after we moved in to our new home so I called Five Star at 3 pm when I found out and they where there in less than one hour and helped my family and I with everything that needed to be done during what I thought at that time a complete tragedy they gave me peace of mind and dealt with the insurance companies for me and completely restored my basement in a very timely matter I will recommend they highly to anyone who needs these services

After I experienced a devastating fire in my condo, Raphael and his team arrived within an hour of my call to their office. Five Star was highly recommended by friends and colleague for their rapid response, performance and professionalism. The post construction cleaning definitely passed the white glove test.
