They should update their website since it's misleading. I contacted them with regard to getting an estimate on roof and gutter repair, since they have an entire section on their site devoted to repair and maintenance. I was informed they are only focusing on full roof and gutter replacements at this time. Two stars because at least they texted me back after I called and left a message.

I am extremely satisfied with the roof replacement that was done by Lake County Roof and I highly recommend this company. Darin took the time to explain the process of roof replacement so that I can understand what to expect. He was fair with the quote and transparent that there could be additional costs depending on what his team finds after the old roof has been removed such as rotting wood. He was upfront with his license as a roofing contractor and liability insurance for his company. I did not feel pressured by him to make the decision to move forward with his company. On the day of the roof replacement, Darin and his team arrived on time. While working on my roof, his team discovered that the pipes of my bathroom exhaust fans were exiting into the attic which could lead to the development of mold from moisture. Darin called me immediately and provided pictures as proof. Again, he was fair and transparent with the cost to extend the pipes so that it is exiting out of the roof. The team cleaned up very well and I didn’t find single debris in my property when they finished. They even fixed a gutter downspout that had been ripped off during a storm that was not included in the work proposal without an extra charge. Darin communicated effectively with me throughout the process. He was courteous of my time and kept me updated. Overall, I was very impressed with workmanship on my roof replacement and I will definitely hire this company for when my siding needs to be replaced.

Professional, courteous, reliable, and careful with customer property. Those are words we would use to describe Lake County Roofs. We have a mansard or French provincial roof which means the entire 2nd story is covered in shingles. After being approached by questionable contractors who said we could get the insurance to pay for hail and wind damage which they claimed without even getting on the roof, we contacted Darin Varsek of Lake County Roofs. Darin came on time to the first meeting and after discussing options with us he took over 2 hours to examine the roof, siding and gutters as well as taking exact measurement, pictures and drawing the roof line for a proposal. He gave us the written proposal at the end of the first meeting and we later signed the contract. Any specific request we had Darin explained the pros and cons and followed our requests. His team took only 12 hours in one day to complete the roof (60+ shingle bundles). The siding team was just as efficient as were the gutter installers. To fullest extent possible Darin’s team took care to minimize impacts on our landscaping and were meticulous in cleaning up any debris. Any roofing, siding or gutter work we might have in the future will definitely be done by Lake County Roofs.
