I have to say the company deserves an 100 Star Rating…I want to give the most amazing shout out to The Restoration Company Inc. and the owners as my family was faced with the most unexpected devastating damage to our home. During this time we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be introduced to the Restoration Company Inc team, who were able to jump in to support and guide us during our worst times. The team jumped in supporting us through every decision needed to get our home back in tact while focused on saving us money along the way. Yeah I said it saving us money in a crisis, which as you all know never happens.

Hands down the best experience I have had. Thank you to the team and Matt the owner that stepped in to make sure my crisis ended with a miracle.

The Restoration Company is a company of quality workmanship and heart. I received a referral from a friend when an elderly woman needed help with several home repairs with the most pressing being a broken furnace in the dead of winter. Matt Marcinkus took care of many things and hired a heating contractor to help with her very old furnace. The heating contractor fixed the furnace and refused payment. Matt also refused to let this sweet lady pay. She was so grateful and has never forgotten TRC and Matt’s compassion.
If you are looking for quality work, honesty, and a company with heart, TRC is the way to go!

This company did an amazing job. We had a ton of damage done from a micro-burst storm. Matt did a great job communicating with us about our repairs, working with our insurance company, and helping us plan for all of the changes. We worked with them for a new roof, new siding, bran new windows throughout the entire house, new carpet, painting, light fixtures, front door. The service we received was wonderful. Every employee was respectful and knowledgeable. Looking to have Matt come back out and work on our kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs .

A leaky roof led to serious water pouring into our living room. Our insurance company recommended The Restoration Company, and we could not be happier. After stopping the primary leak, they provided clean-up, drying, and general restoration of the room. Once the room was ready to be worked on, they replastered the ceiling and walls, replaced the trim, and painted the room the color of our choosing (instead of just base white.)

Owner Matt Marcinkus was fantastic to work with from the beginning. He was always in contact and provided great communication about all aspects of the job. When I had trouble getting a response from another party (separate roofer who was supposed to provide new roofing), Matt took over and resolved this situation within a day, after I had spent more than a week trying to get an answer.

I highly recommend The Restoration Company. They are not only professional and provide excellent communication but their services are top notch. We suffered a huge water loss last year and this company helped us rebuild quickly and it turned out beautiful. We are so thankful we used this company.

After completing an appointment at the business next store in the strip mall, I came out to a box truck, and a safety cone illegally double parked behind my car. I went into the restoration company and politely asked if the truck could be moved. I was rudely told that I could get out. To avoid further conflict, I took evasive action to get out. Per his instruction, I had to pull up over a snow bank onto a sidewalk and then reverse out into oncoming traffic when my vision was blocked by the box truck. This company is run by rude, ignorant people who clearly do not respect the general public and their safety. I can only imagine how bad the customer service and workmanship is....PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Furthermore, the response from the owner should be advised for themselves.
