Russ and his team at RNB were great from beginning to end of my remodel of kitchen, bathroom, and mudroom. They responded quickly, accommodated my schedule, and we're up front with cost which was on par with other quotes on the work.
Ben, who ran the project, was highly skilled, very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered every question and was helpful with suggestions to make my ideas better.
The other subcontractors were professional and easy to work with as well.

RNB Design Group removed our outdated 70's kitchen and gave us a beautiful new kitchen we love. The entire crew, from the electrician to the carpenter, did a fantastic job. Our kitchen walls had some odd angles to them above the sink, and they managed to get the tile installed perfectly. We also had some 70's era ceiling beams, which they helped to remove. It was great working with RNB Design Group, LLC. Jeff oversees the construction, and he does high-quality work. The electrician showed me how I could save some money. The plumber does excellent work. Where he cut into my floor you could not tell except for the color of the cement. The team Russ has put together did exceptional customer service and quality at a fair price.

The RNB design group turn my old outdated kitchen into a beautiful cooking environment. All workers were friendly, listened to my needs and provided quality work. Concerns were addressed and solutions found. The carpentry is outstanding, and the tile work is impressive. Russ, the owner has pulled together a team who works well together and does great work.

A great basement remodel starts with a great design and that is exactly what Ayanna created for me. She is a great listener and captured what I was looking for by taking it to a level that was a dream!! And then, the craftsmanship from the professionals that Russ had on his team was great as well in turning the design into reality. They were patient, friendly and respectful of my home. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness of the carpenters Jair and Jeff. All of the team worked well together and provided flexibility to get the job done in a timely manner and within budget. This was a great investment that I will enjoy for years to come. Russ and his contractors were great! If I had a question or issue, Russ was on it IMMEDIATELY and always had a resolution or answer quickly. Responsiveness is a valuable attribute for a contractor to have. I trusted every sub contractor that came into my home-Russ has really set up a great team. And onto the kitchen-it turned out even better than expected! It was much more reasonably priced when compared to other quotes. We had picked some more expensive finishes and had additional work, but our final bill was VERY close to the initial quote-we weren’t nickel and dimed where other contractors would’ve taken the opportunity. I’ve included before and after photos to show what a great job they did.

Russ was fantastic to work with on our remodel. We were blindsided with a full bath remodel on our new house (water damage). He had a full schedule as it was and he snuck us in to hit our Easter deadline. He was great at communicating and very fairly priced. Jair Wendt (JB Wendt) was the lead on the project and did a fantastic job on the tile work and carpentry. All of the subs Russ uses are fantastic. We could not be happier with the final product. We were brand new to this area and, not knowing anybody, reached out to RNB because of the great reviews online. Turns out they were right.
We needed only to replace our kitchen countertop and were concerned that contractors would consider this too small of a job. From our first conversation with Russ, we felt good about the project as he assured us that no job was too small. From there we worked with Doug to select the material and have the countertop custom built/installed. His team was very professional and courteous. Their precision was evident from beginning to end as they fit the space and our new sink into the project. Russ remained in communication and coordinated throughout. Great experience! Russ provided a quick and reasonably priced quote (compared to 2 other quotes) for my roof, gutter, and downspout replacement. He was easy to work with, he answered all my questions and I felt confident working with him. He was able to schedule the work early in the year and it only took 2.5 days to complete the job. It looks great.

I was trying to find a place that would install laminate counter tops and found RNB Design Group on the internet. Russ said no problem at all to install. After 17 years it was time for a change. Doug came out to measure. He was nice to work with. Anytime I called I would get an answer back right away. The price was exactly where we wanted it to be for the counter tops and install. They came out when they said they would and did a great job. The kitchen counter top looks wonderful. Thank you so much. We will be using them again for our bathroom counter tops. When it comes to making a big financial investment on remodeling I found a very good company named "RNB Design Group." I live in a house over 100 years old. I needed a new kitchen and I was worried about how I could make this happen and be satisfied with the outcome.
My decision was to have the whole kitchen gutted and everything replaced. The RNB designer, John was very easy to work with regarding all phases of the remodeling project. I started by choosing the cabinets and counter top, sink, flooring and all new kitchen appliances purchased through RNB Design Group. Their painters did an excellent job stuccoing the walls and then painting them in a suede faux finish.
The end result turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The carpenters and painters were very quality minded. Any questions or concerns I had during the process were handled in a very professional manner.

I am an audio/video contractor who worked with R&B Design Group on a basement remodel. I work with many companies and I must say Russ and his team were the best I have ever worked with. They gave me more than sufficient notice on scheduling and were extremely organized throughout the entire process. The owner was very nice and called me after hours etc. However, sadly when the person came to show me product and such, he shows me nothing and is very rude. He measured and walked out leaving a card on my counter. Unfortunately now it has been 4 days and I was never called back or given a quote for the work we need.

My family and I recently worked with RNB on a complex and extensive basement renovation in our home in Whitefish Bay and are extremely happy with the end result. Throughout the process, Russ has remained very involved and has communicated with my wife and I every step of the way. The end result is beautiful and we are glad we went with RNB. After working with other contractors in the past, I will say that Russ did an amazing job managing multiple sub contractors and has made the process much less painful that I anticipated. Our carpenter, Jair, has gone above and beyond with all the work he has performed and we have truly appreciated all his contributions.

Working with RNB Design Group was painless. I had expected a nightmare, only because I had had bids from 13 other contractors. All seemed either overpriced, or sketchy. Russ was the only one who answered all of our questions, laid out all the expenses, and gave us a timeline that he stuck to. His carpenter, Jair, was charming and went well passed our expectations. The quality of his craftsmanship was, beyond question, the best I have seen in Wisconsin. If you wish to remodel your bathrooms, RNB should be on your list of bidders..

I stumbled across this company on the internet and was glad I did. The owner Russ is a pleasant and easy guy to work with and listened to what we wanted done and delivered. He uses good contractors and materials, and his main go to guy by the name of Jair is very talented. We had our basement drywall done by RNB contractors. Jeff and AJ did a great job and were very responsive to our small punch list after the job was completed. Russ and Jeff were prompt, polite, and answered all of our questions, making for a timely and stress-free experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone doing home remodeling!

Never had better customer service from a home improvement establishment. Beginning with the first appointment for the original estimate to all installment dates, all were planned in a way that was conducive to my schedule. The owner (Russ) was a true pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The product quality is excellent. The new windows, door and window treatments purchased from RNB Design Group have made a beautiful appearance to my home along with adding the beneficial energy-saving effect. My first plan was to replace my front window; however, through the affordable financing plan RNB Design Group offers, I replaced all windows and a screen door. 5 * Installers!

I will start by saying the final result is beautiful and I love it. The carpenter, Jair, and the cabinet maker, Doug, were both great to work with and do very nice work. However, RNB Design provided no design, floor-plan or recommendations. The color scheme and finishes (including tile, paint, accessories and hardware) were the result of me researching various bathroom designs, going to multiple stores and websites to find the pieces and hoping it all came together. The allowances provided in the quote covered low to mid-end finishes, at best. The project was estimated at 6-8 weeks and 18 weeks later it is still not 100% complete. RNB sincerely worked to deliver a good final product but, for the cost, I expected more.

RNB did a great job remodeling my main bathroom. It was a complete remodel. The job was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the result, happy I made the investment. Love the tub and tile most. I found the quote to be reasonable and accurate.
