Phil showed up quickly when I first inquired about a job to be done. And everything improved from there. He showed up early on the day he stated and the work was done well. A thoughtful young man and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Phil came to my house to inspect a leaky roof and came up with a solution that saved me lots of money. The integrity of his company is refreshing and I would highly recommend him to do any work you need.

We had Philip come out last Friday to inspect our roof. It was a great experience, he is knowledgeable and friendly. He asked lots of questions and walked the roof to get a visual of the project, then gave us his opinion on where he felt we stood. There was no pressure for sales and he gave us a brochure to look at.
All in all it was a great experience.

Phil and his crew were cost-effective, professional and efficient. They completed our roof project in one day and the results were great. Phil is also an awesome guy and gave me great advice on my home exterior.

My experience was very positive, it was one of the hottest days of the year yet this person went up on the roof and stayed until the job was complete and done extremely well. Very highly recommend Great Bay Roofing and Exterior. We had a roof replaced and all the trim and soffits covered. The roof was completed in one day, and the crew was professional and efficient. Clean up was perfect. . not a trace of any materials left. Phil is very professional and hardworking. He did an excellent job with covering the trim. Phil kept us informed on the progress of the project as well as his expected arrival time each day. Phil was very easy to talk to and answered any questions we had. Phil from Great Bay Roofing was great to work with. When my insurance told me they were canceling my insurance because of my roof, I was a bit irritated but I called Greay Bay and Phil came by later that day. He suggested I call around after giving me a quote (to know I'm getting the best price and am happy with it) but after having two additional contractors come by, he was the lowest price, one even overshooting his price by 40% and the other only slightly more expensive.

Because of the situation, he scheduled me in really quick and made quick work of the roof. The job was done in one day on a simple 30x40 home with a roughly 45 degree peak.

His crew cleaned up very well, and it doesn't look like there was any roofing done, except for the beautiful new roof.

I ended up going through the financing that's offered and he admits there's a higher interest for the deferred options if it's not paid in time, but it saved me the hassle of applying elsewhere and with his pricing, I'm sure it won't be a problem paying it off in time. There are multiple options for many different budgets.

I'm already recommending him to people I know in need of roof work and will continue to do so. I plan to move in the next couple years and if the new house needs roof work, I will definitely be working with Phil again. He's definitely an honest and easy to work with roofer.

I am only allowed to give 5 stars??? I had the best experience with Great Bay Roofing! Wonderful communication, he understood what I needed and made it happen. He and his men were professional, they showed up when scheduled and got right to work. They left me with a new roof and clean property which I was very happy with. I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a roofer recommendation, I'm actually working with Phil on having my deck redone next year.

Phil was professional and efficient during a recent project at my home. Demo’d a couple of old chimneys that were in disrepair, and did my entire roof. Priced fair and communicates well. Highly recommend!
