Rene was amazing! When we sold our previous home, the buyers requested us to change the roof before closing. We had such a tight turnaround, and after getting long waitlists with other vendors and extremely high quotes, Rene showed up the next day, and was able to get the needed work done with great quality but without unnecessary high fees AND with extra services (gutters) that other vendors didn’t offer us. We will definitely contact him when time comes around to check/change our new home.

Rene was great! He came out to give me a quote very quickly and then got the job done promptly. The price was reasonable, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

Having your roof replaced and insurance claim work can be very stressful! I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to due to the experience I had with GRC. I had the pleasure of working with Nick after the hailstorm this year damaged our roof. Nick was very prompt with coming out and getting our inspection done, then going over his findings with me.

Nick ultimately met with our adjuster , and got everything passed! We hit a small snag and LUCKILY we had Nick on our side, because he was able to work with insurance and get some thing supplemented that they had missed!

Nick and his crew got our entire roof done in ONE day, and it now looks beautiful! This was 3 weeks ago and Nick / GRC have even checked up a few times to make sure everything is satisfactory!! I could not recommend working with GRC / Nick Landis enough!! If you need someone in the tricky industry of roofing & construction that you can TRUST, go with these guys!!

P.S. Nick helped us pick out new, fancy skylights, and fixed a leak concern we had with a skylight in the back porch.

I have used many roofing companies in the past and ( NONE AND I MEAN NONE) come close to the quality, speed, and customer satisfaction that GRC Roofing and Restoration provide on any job I have used them on.
