Our roof is a little unusual, as it was built with integrated gutters. The gutters needed to be relined and sealed, with new drains and downspouts, and this company did great job with that. They also trimmed out the vents at the roof peaks with new facia.

After a late December windstorm planted multiple trees through our roof we were in desperate need of repairs. Gravity Roofing came through with flying colors. Geronimo and his crew got all the damage (nearly half of our total roof) repaired in a single day. They worked fast, efficiently, and did an amazing job of cleaning up. The newly installed roof was a perfect match with the existing shingles. Their bid was detailed, their rates were fair, and they installed some extra covers on our gutters (in addition to what they bid) at no additional cost. I cannot say enough positive things about Gravity Roofing. I had them put down GAF Grand Sequoia shingles in place of a cedar shake roof that was leaking, and replace all of my gutters. The new roof completely transformed the look of the house, while retaining the cedar shake visual appeal. Their bid was by far the best out of the 10 that I got, and used better materials throughout. This is the second roof they've done for me, and won't be the last. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Geronimo Moran Villegas and his Gravity Roofing, LLC crew replaced the 45-year old metal roof on our 24’ X 60’ pole barn over the Feb 13 – 19, 2024 period. The job also involved replacing 23 2X6X12’ purlins that had started to rot over the years from leaks in the old roof. We are TOTALLY pleased with the job Geronimo and his crew did on this job! Being in our mid-70’s, we can honestly say that this was probably the best contractor experience we’ve ever had.

Geronimo was extremely helpful in providing metal roofing samples, pricing and advice in our selecting the new roofing material, venting and insulation to avoid the extensive sweating problems we’ve put up with all these years with the prior uninsulated roof. After taking extensive measurements of the roof, he priced the job out and provided us with a contract in very short order; and ordered the custom-cut material almost immediately upon our signing. Even though there was no urgency on our re-roofing job, we were surprised how quickly Geronimo was able to work our job into his busy schedule.

Throughout the project, Geronimo was extremely responsive to any questions we had; and kept us fully informed of daily progress and next-day plans. He even emailed us photos and a short video mid-way through the project, even though we were on-site every day. And they made certain the roof was left waterproof and wind-resistant at the end of each day – even though we had told them there was nothing in the barn that would be damaged at all if it got wet. The job was completed on schedule, in spite of having to deal with three days of unusually strong, gusty winds that posed some real roofing challenges. And throughout, the crew was working safely.

We were surprised, and most pleased, to see that Geronimo worked directly with his crew, Benjamin and Javier, throughout the project – rather than just turning his crew loose, and checking back in with them periodically. And all three were a pleasure to work with.

The re-roofing work looks perfect, and beautiful – and with the hidden fasteners, should not have the leakage problems we’ve fought with for most of 45 years. Their trucks, equipment and tools are all first-class; and they bring their own porta-potty. They do a very thorough job of cleaning up through the day, and at the end of every day. And at the end of the project, they spent probably an hour going over the whole site with heavy-duty magnets to pick up any dropped screws, nails, metal trimmings, etc.

We had talked with several other contractors over the past couple of years trying to find someone we could trust to do this re-roofing job right. But were quite disappointed and frustrated after checking each one out. Then a friend of our daughter’s recommended Geronimo. In checking out Gravity Roofing, and seeing all the glowing on-line reviews, with all the 5-star ratings, our first reaction was that these “perfect” ratings had to be padded – nobody is that perfect. But the ratings were from multiple sites, and didn’t appear to be written by just a few persons. After meeting with Geronimo to look at and discuss the project, we were favorably impressed; and he gladly supplied a list of contacts we could check in with. So we had few concerns about contracting with Gravity Roofing. Having now completed the job, we can honestly say we would definitely give Geronimo and his Gravity Roofing crew a perfect 5-star rating – just as so many others have.

Geronimo at Gravity Roofing installed our GAF 30 year roof a few years ago. Last week when a contractor was looking at our attic for possible rodents, he found signs of mold and possibly leaking. I called Geronimo and he came out right away on a Sunday and inspected our entire roof inside and out to ensure there was no current leaking. There was no moisture up there now, just old marks from before he installed the roof. He also installed a roof vent for our bathroom fan that same day. I know if we ever have any future issues, he will come right out and take care of them. I highly recommend him for his thoroughness and customer service.

Before I could pull the trigger on a complete tear off and install, I had a major repair completed with removing a skylight, everything was flawless. Geronimo, who runs Gravity Roofing, runs an honest roofing company with great integrity. He is a good communicator before, during and after your project. There was no mystery about my project. They showed up on time everyday. He had a detailed bid (many companies don't) and did exactly and more than what was promised. My metal chimney smoke stack was going to be painted until he pointed out that it was so rusted through where you couldn't see it. I bought a new one and he replaced it and he didn't charge me! He saw that my bathroom vents went into my attic crawl space and fixed it so they were attached to new roof vents. They worked extremely hard and quickly. I never saw them lounging around. They were very clean too making sure they cleaned up every day and when the project was finished. I can't think of one negative thing to point out because there wasn't anything.
