Great experience working with Gary and David when we had a leak in a roof vent during a major storm. they were very quick to respond and get the problem patched before the next big storm hit. Did a full roof inspection and patched a few other areas they saw.

The experience was wonderful as he walked us through the steps and handled the repairs before more rain headed our way. I just want to give a huge thanks to Carlos Solis for assisting me and my fiancé with our roof. We had a very bad thunderstorm a few months back, and thought we were in the clear. After the inspection for damages, he informed us that the roof was in good shape; however, a small leak was seeping into the attic. After a quick trip to the hardware store, we were as good as new. Carlos from Granada Roofing walked me through the roofing process with ease. Granada is competitive with their pricing and Carlos is an honest and ethical guy. In addition, Carlos was very responsive and answered any and all questions I had. The teams that installed my new roof and gutters were outstanding. They were also very cognizant of any shingles or loose nails that may have fallen in my neighbor's yards and cleaned them up as well.
There are many roofers out there, but i don't think there is a roofer that would give you the personal attention that Carlos provided me. Not only did he give me some peace of mind, but the finished product is exceptional.

Carlos was amazing to work with. I was worried about some damage to our roof after the most recent hail storm. Communication was great and he came out to inspect it while I was home. He was very honest and said he didn’t see any damage except a few curling shingles. He gave me a report with pictures and offered to caulk the shingles down for us. David and his team at Granada did an amazing job on my roof. From replacing the roof to installing new gutters and repairing my chimney, everything was done professionally and on time. I will definitely use Granada again in the future and refer them to my friends all the time.

They came by in person before, after and during all the jobs. They did high quality work and all their crews were efficient, professional and left my property better than it was before they started. I highly recommend Granada Roofing. I had contacted several different companies for estimates and theirs was the most detailed. Also, rather than just emailing me a PDF, they showed up to go over the bid in person and explain what it was covering. The roof was very old and the decking needed to be replaced. That was something I was already expecting, so I'm glad they included it. The roofers who just flew over with a drone missed that detail and would have hit me with more costs later.

They were very flexible with the schedule and the install went off without a hitch. Yes, a worker did put his foot through the ceiling in one spot, but they had the room cleaned and the ceiling repaired that same day. Things like that are bound to happen once in a while, but what made the difference is how smoothly and professionally they handled it.

I will definitely use them again if I need repairs in the future.

We are so grateful for Granada! We had bad storms and water coming through our smoke detectors and air vents inside the house at 11pm Thursday night. I texted David and he immediately responded and arranged for them to come out the next morning. Carlos was on time and tarped up our roof for the weekend and they are returning today to complete the repair. What a great company to be so responsive and fast to repair! They are very honest, fair, and trustworthy. We feel so blessed to have found them!

Editing to say: They work so incredible hard in this heat and humidity. They promised us they would come today but would be delayed due to needing to take breaks because of the heat. They stayed true to their promise and came to fix our roof at 9:00pm, after a very long day of hard work. These guys are incredible! (I did offer for them to come another day but they refused because they are that great!)
