Brandi and her team at Grace Roofing are fantastic! They just finished replacing my roof, siding (including soffits and fascia) and gutters. I couldn't be happier with the results! They are a professional organization that does high quality work. Brandi was great at communicating with me throughout the project so I knew exactly what to expect and when! I dealt with Rusty Hairr with Grace Roofing. He was absolutely wonderful! Very caring and straight forward. My insurance adjusters commented on the fact that he was very different from the average roofer. He met them at their cars with an introduction and a handshake and told them exactly what he had found on my roof. I have no doubt my insurance adjusters were a lot more lenient with me because of him. I would highly recommend this company and Rusty!

I had a leak in my roof after a middle Tennessee storm. I called at least 5 other roofers before Crystal answered my call from Grace roofing. She had guys out to my house in an hour. They did an assessment and said they could fix it right then and there. So to recap, I called and got it fixed same day. Got a little grace from Grace roofing today and I highly recommend them.

These folks were a referral from a family member. They are an absolute pleasure to work with. Crystal was hands on, always either answered her phone or called me back really quickly. Mine was an insurance job and Crystal handled all of the insurance work. She called them, handled the follow up, she worked with the adjuster and made sure I got everything covered that I was entitled to. The crew was outstanding and did excellent work. They even went out of their way to fix a chimney issue I had (that was not covered by insurance) before a big rain came in, to ensure no more water issues. I can't recommend them enough. All the qualities you hope for in a contractor. Excellent work, honest, responsive and professional. I had another family member use them after my repairs and they had the same experience I did.

After a hailstorm, Grace Roofing came by and took pictures of the damage. They worked with our homeowners insurance company for approval.

The Grace Roofing Company did an outstanding job inspecting our home and sending their roofing crew to fix our roof after a recent wind and hail storm. Their representative in this area, Crystal Locke made numerous trips to our home during the various steps in getting our roof repaired. She is very knowledgeable about the entire process including how to work with our insurance company to get positive results. Ms. Locke also spotted hail damage to our enclosed utility trailer that the State Farm Claims Adjuster did not even spot or include in his report about our damage from this storm. Ms. Locke brought this damage to the attention of the insurance company and they added additional payment amount for this issue. She was great.
