Grace Mtn Renovations installed a new toilet today and their customer service is amazing! They were referred to me by a peer and from the start they met all service standards with high regard.

On 12-31-24 very high winds knocked down a tree close behind my home. Some of the branches landed on my roof, both penetrating the roof in different areas and the ceiling in two of my rooms. The fallen tree destroyed a wire fence behind my home and did other interior damage to my home. I discovered Alec Jones of Grace Mountain Renovations through talking with John Wagner from Custom Solar Solutions. These two different companies work closely together on many projects. Alec Jones has been very good to work with, as he works effectively with Farm Bureau Insurance to get the necessary money required to replace my roof and do all the other rennovations to my home. Alec has helped me make pertinent decisions regarding the actual roof and other rennovations needed to be made. Alec has educated me in understanding how the process works with my interactions with my homeowners insurance adjuster and how the monetary exchange works between me, him, and the insurance company. Marcos Cabezas and two separate teams came to my home on 1-24-25 to install a new roof and repair all other necessary areas of the damaged home. They all did an amazing job. The roof is truly a work of art. The fence looks wonderful. All of the interior work was done at a very high level. They finished all the work in one day, which was real amazing. I would recomend this company to anyone who needs a new roof and other renovations.

DOOOO NOTTT LOOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY YOU CAN SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH! I was interested in purchasing a brand new roof and I was paying out of pocket! I was so stressed because I know how expensive roofing can be. I also know how dishonest contractors can be, I met with Alec and he answered EVERY single question that I had. and I HAD MANY! MANY MANY MANY! I received several quotes and made each company compare the others, AND EXPLAIN any discrepancies in the process. Not one time did Alec get an attitude or seem annoyed by my questions. He was happy to answer! Grace Mountain not only gave me THE HIGHEST QUALITY MATERIALS, but the BEST PRICE! EVERY SINGLE THING went perfectly! AND that is SOOOOO UNCOMMON THESE DAYS. Alec not only answered all of my questions but he came to my home to give me a private showcase of all the different shingle colors and options. everything came on time and the workers were so nice and professional. they were SO FAST! If I hadn't watched them do the whole thing I wouldn't have believe they did as amazing as they did. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS ASTONISHING! It looks like I am in a brand new house. Marcos was the site manager the day of the replacement and my goodness he was wonderful! He saw me watching like a hawk, and he explained the entire process. They took over 118 professional photos using a drone and documented the ENTIRE REPLACEMENT PROCESS. I would have never in a million years thought I would be doing cartwheels after spending money on a brand new roof, but THEY MADE IT WORTH IT! Every single PENNY! THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, THEY CARE about the quality and they are going to make it RIGHT! They are kind, They are respectful, THEY ARE PROS! PURE PERFECTION! THEY ARE ALSO VERY VERY LGBT FRIENDLY! I am quick to write a bad review and have no hesitations with doing so, AND I AM VERY PICKY!!!! but THIS SERVICE WAS SO OUTSTANDING It wouldn't be right for me not to write the best review possible! Angel , Ismary and their team of EXPERTS have taken amazing care of us on two occasions now and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service and care we received. They handled a full roof replacement and extensive interior repair/remodeling work due to storm damage and quite literally made it look as if nothing had ever happened. Their team member Gilberto was so kind and knowledgeable and took great care to minimize dust and debris from the interior wall and ceiling repairs and left our space 100x better than he found it. We’ve used them for 2 different homes and I truly would recommend them again and again!

The roof of our home in Martinez , Ga was damaged by Hurricane Helene. Angel , Marcos and team scoped and executed the work to replace shingles, damaged soffits and fascia board to perfection. Due to heavy storms recently in the area we needed out roof replaced due to damages. Maria walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I'm thankful for all that Grace Mountain did for us.

The huge storm came when I was 40 weeks pregnant. I didn't think about checking for house damage. On another stormy rainy night 2 weeks later, I delivered my baby. It was either that day or the next that we discovered water dripping down into our kitchen, a felled tree that crushed our new compost structure, and more discolored ceiling stuff around the house.

Grace Mountain definitely took great care of us. They communicated with our insurance, and when insurance gave us a huge fight, the team had plans on how to set them straight. Once we finally got the repairs approved by insurance, GM was super super prompt at scheduling everything. They were extremely communicative and didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't understand or were not comfortable with.

This was a huge deal because it was sooo challenging and stressful for me and my husband as extremely sleep deprived new parents to do simple things like emails / phone calls, and really appreciate GM doing this for us as much as they could, and being so efficient and communicative so we could know what arrangements we needed to make for baby during renovations.

The day before the repairs, materials were delivered. Day of the repairs the crew came on time and worked very efficiently. When it started to sprinkle they covered up everything and waited it out, came back and finished when it was dry. I'm really thankful for that, that there is integrity and care in their work.

After the work there were a few items we asked them to touch up, and they promptly came back and did all that until we were satisfied.

Definitely a professional company that takes care of their customers, I would use them again.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mark was, and still is amazing. He took time to make sure we understood the process as well as kept us informed and updated throughout. Many roofers have come through my neighborhood offering free inspections. Not sure why one neighbor picked this one, and had a successful experience, but after that, I had Grace Mountain inspect my roof. They found storm damage, handled all paperwork, and submitted a claim to my homeowner's insurance. Oddly, the insurance company approved only half a roof. Grace Mountain went to bat for me, did further tests, submitted them, and the claim was approved. They met with me every step of the way and kept me informed. They let me know what next steps would be if it was denied or half-approved again, which it was not, but I was pleased with what they intended to do if it was.

The day before the job the materials were delivered. The day of the job they worked quickly, cleaned up well, and were done about 3pm.

We've had a few storms since then and I've had no loose shingles or leaks. They did a good job and the roof looks great.
