Gavin built an addition to my house from design to the finish work. I loved that he was willing to work with me on the design until the pictures matched my vision. I am now sitting here by the big windows watching the snow fall outside. He’s got the skills and the strength
to build from the foundation to the roof while in between getting all the angles right and the everything sealed properly. The detail work
of the drywall and paint and trim are emaculate.. I recommend him for any construction work. He is also awesome at showing you how to do
things if that is what you are looking for. I give him 5 stars.

Gavin did an amazing job at my house! I hired him to do a full kitchen remodel. I never imagined that my kitchen could look as good as it does now. The quality of his craftsmanship is impeccable, and on top of that he was very patient with me even though I felt like I asked him a thousand questions. I would 100% use his services again if I have another remodel coming up. In fact I've already recommended him to everyone I know.

I hired Gavin from GR Homes to do demolition of my kitchen and then install new cabinets that I purchased from Lowe’s. I needed some electrical work done and also some plumbing . My house is 75 years old so I knew it would have some surprises. I originally planned to hire outside plumber and electrician in addition to a contractor. But, Gavin thought he could manage all of it and he did. My kitchen isn’t totally done because I’m waiting on countertops that I ordered from Lowe’s. But, as far as Gavin’s cabinet demo and installation goes , I am very pleased. He will come back after countertops are in to install faucet and do some finishing work. I will hire Gavin again for other updates to my house. He’s a good, hard worker and if there’s a problem without obvious solution, he’ll work at it until he gets it.
