Extremely happy with the process and results of my roof installation. GoTo is thorough and professional when evaluating the roof in the first meeting (and even happily stopped back when I had a couple more questions). The installation process was quick and high quality. The cleanup was extremely thorough and the only indicator that they had been there was a brand new roof!

From the beginning the experience was excellent. Jeff was very knowledgeable and open about materials to be used, the timing, and the cost. Daniel kept me informed about the scheduling and delivery of materials. The installation team lead by Mickey did a super job. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. If an issue came up, it was addressed and resolved. OUTSTANDING work by the GoTo Roofing/Siding team.

The initial consultation regarding gutter installation was conducted, and the specifications included a unique color requirement. Assurance was provided regarding the use of quality edge colors. Following the measurement and pricing phase, a timeline of two to three weeks was established. Subsequently, a communication was received indicating an inability to procure the exact material quantity, necessitating the purchase of non-returnable full boxes, which resulted in an additional charge of $1000 and the surplus materials being left on-site. While the sales presentation was visually appealing, the subsequent execution did not align with the initial promises. Therefore, a recommendation for their services is not warranted.

I had GoTo Roofing save an old barn. They replaced rotting roof-beams, replaced all of the decking, shingled the entire roof and added gutters. The crew was very polite and worked very hard, putting in long hours to get the job done quickly. The work was done well as was the clean up. The owner, Scott Guthrie walked me through the job and displayed great knowledge. It was a great experience, and I would heartily recommend them for your next job.

Hi, I have to say that I'm very happy with my roof. They directed me towards a different shingle than what I thought I wanted and I'm glad I trusted them. I trusted the vision. They were timely and no debris was left in my yard to harm my pups. The included alterations has made my bedroom upstairs significantly cooler.

Thank you! This winter, the old-ish rubber membrane roof on our home started leaking. I reached out to several roofing companies for quotes. GoTo Roofing was the first to respond. Eugene came out to inspect the roof and quote repairs. He confirmed what I’d heard from a trusted source: Overall, the roof is in good shape and worthy of repair. He recommended they build up the area around the chimney to improve runoff and replace the deteriorating ridge vent. Cost was about what I expected and we moved forward. They got us on the schedule and, after a frost delay, completed the repairs. Workers were polite. Clean up was excellent. The repairs look good and the roof appears to be leak-free again. Overall, a very good experience. I’ll contact GoTo for my next roofing project - the garage roof.

Their estimate was actually the lowest of everyone I contacted, and that was using the top quality Malarky brand shingles. The final price was only a small amount more due to a few additional sheeting boards needing to be replaced.

We are very happy with the new roof that Go To Roofing installed. Like many in the area we had hail damage from 2023. We received quotes from several roofing companies in the area. Jeff was our sales rep from Go To Roofing and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing and answered all of our questions and concerns. The price was fair and Jeff even pointed out an error on my insurance claim where I was able to get additional claim funds. Go To Roofing also quoted premium Malarkey class 4 shingles for the same price as other companies lower brand shingles. I was able to get a discount on my home insurance because of the class 4 shingles. The installation was smooth and quick. The installation team was great and cleanup was perfect.

My experience was positive and I would recommend. My sales representative made a detailed sketch and went over every aspect of the job in advance. Once I chose the roofing material and colors and signed the contract, Goto set a date estimate and confirmed it when that day came close. They were there at dawn to get started, as promised. From what I saw the work went quickly and was done well. The crew cleaned up extremely well. Also, we had no property damage whatsoever during this project as the crew took their time to take care of things such as our garden / landscaping and the other areas of the home. We had a skylight replaced and I requested a worker to come inside to align the edges so that the screen would fit, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with GoTo roofing. Their estimation process was smooth and the salesman was informative without being pushy. We had several options of roofing material to choose from. Installation was done quickly and professionally, and the large crew was able to complete the project in less than a day. Buying a roof isn't exactly a fun process, but with GoTo roofing I felt that I would get a good product at a fair price.

Austin came out to give me an estimate for my roof and gutters. He also made suggestions that were very helpful even though I thought I had everything in mind before he arrived. He was so knowledgeable and personable for a young man I was proud of his experience and he wasn’t even my son. He told me who would contact me and when the project would begin. He told me what vehicles would arrive and the approximate time and location they’d park. He took pictures of the road and access. He took many pictures of the project. He climbed on my roof and measured. It was hot and I watched him take his time. I was sure to have a cold beverage and washcloth for his head. He was so honest about the price stayed they weren’t the cheapest and they weren’t the most expensive. I gave him a deposit. The company called me and told me when they’re starting. They arrived just as stated. And before that another representative came out to make sure I was going to be satisfied with how some gutters and siding would be hung. There was no lack of communication what so ever. When the trucks and other vehicles arrived they didn’t know it but I was home from morning till night inside the house watching. These guys hit the ground running. They worked tirelessly for hours. Then the hammers were quiet. They ate lunch and rested in the shade. Then hit it until the job was done. I watched them go up and down ladders making the measurements on facia and aluminum. They worked so well together. When the work was done this never know they were there. The shingles and old roofing were gone. The only trace was some dropping inside the house from the removal of a skylight. There vehicle were painted with the companies logo. I’m sure the neighbors were thinking WOW - impressive -
I watched the sun setting and thought - it was worth every dime - these young men just did something I did over thirty years ago - I know hard work - I’m a woman - they’ll look back one day too and say “ how did I do that ?”
Let the young be strong - pay them for their hard work.

Had a great experience working with the team at Go To Roofing. (Roof leak). We had another company out prior who said they couldn't confirm they would find the issue and quoted us almost 3x the price we ended up with at Go To. I know that no one can promise to find the issue but having Leo come out and do a review of our roof before they charged us anything made all the difference. Customer for life.

They had a large section that had rotted away and they replaced it all and didn’t gouge me on the pricing. I obtained 4 different estimates for replacement of my roof shingles. I also did a lot of research on roof ventilation & quality of the different shingle options. I’m very glad that I decided to hire Go To Roofing. I worked with Leo & he was always available to answer my questions & kept me updated as to what to expect would be done and when. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, but I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work. There was a large crew that arrived early in the morning & they completed the job the same day. They took great care in covering & protecting the windows, shrubs & flowers. Before they left at the end of the day they did a great job of cleaning everything up & leaving my yard like it was when they came. I would definitely recommend using this company!

GoTo Roofing installed 43 squares of Malarkey Legacy Scotchgard shingles along with Malarkey accessories for Emerald Premier warranty and GoTo Roofing 10 year material and labor “no-leak” guarantee. The sales team was very accommodating in helping us to decide shingle style and color. The work crew completed old roofing removal, installation and cleanup in one day (12.5 hours). We obtained bids from 8 roofing companies and chose GoTo Roofing for Malarkey and for their quote. The crew was hard-working, skilled and friendly. We are very happy with the appearance of the house with the new shingles.

This is possibly the best contractor that I have ever dealt with. Leo, their Inspector spent plenty of time during the bid process and offered a detailed explanation of the various roofing systems that were available. We decided on a premium shingle and their price was the lowest of the 3 bids that I received. They required no down payment at contract signing. The communication was great throughout the project and the job was completed in just one day on the promised date. The owner of the company showed up during the installation to make sure that everything was going smoothly and the inspector returned the day after the installation to check the work. They also sent a well-trained technician with the proper equipment to properly set the angle on my solar-powered attic fans to insure efficient operation. I am very impressed!

Our experience with Go To Roofing was superb! We obtained quotes from four different contractors, and they were very competitive. Some of their competition were twice the price. Tearing off the old shingles and underlayer was quickly completed with care not to damage our deck door wall. Then, the installation of the new roof and cleanup was completed. The entire job from start to finish took less than one full day. Our new roof looks great.

Professional, committed to timing they communicated, and cleaned up after they completed their work. Highly recommended and I'd use them again for the same or any other work they provide. There was chimney work that also needed to be performed which they quoted at a very reasonable price and completed quickly.

I’m am so pleased with this company they had to come do some repairs to my roof after another company did an almost complete tear off and we still had leaks. Leo was very knowledgeable when it came to looking at the roof and finding our problems right away, the price was fair and the work was completed in a couple of hours so far no more leaks in our kitchen. Everyone I’ve spoken with at Go To roofing have been very helpful I highly recommend them, thanks for fixing what the other company did wrong!

The most perfect experience I've EVER had for a home repair/installation. All the work was done correctly with no shortcuts taken. Crew were all nice and professional. They worked hard all day and left the work area very clean as they worked. I trusted them 100% and had zero worries, I have never had that experience with any other contractor before. Strongly recommend 10/10!! I wish I hired them to do my siding and gutters the year before. They make every other vendor that I have ever dealt with seem incompetent, I am impressed beyond words.
