I was given detailed pictures showing issues needing to be addressed and pictures of the completed work. As a fairly new home owner I called Goodrich to get an inspection and idea of our roofs (old houses) condition. Chris came out within 24hrs and gave a price breakdown, damage dates for insurance and step by step on what to expect with contacting insurance to submit. It was really relieving as I felt we weren’t being sold anything, but given options if we wanted to go for a full replacement vs repair. Once my insurance was involved Chris updated us everytime they contacted him. I felt like we knew what was going on. For our pitched roof it took 1 day for replacement and for our TPO 3 days due to our house having structural issues (old old house with out of state previous owners that didn’t do repairs). It was so stressful because we were unsure if insurance would cover the structural repairs. But Chris and Johnny both spoke with us and went through each option and possibility if insurance couldn’t cover. Luckily Chris was able to show we had appropriate coverage and insurance covered the rebuild portion. Our house was a mess, having several panels taken off and requiring a rebuild. Goodrich sent over a painter and cleaner to make sure we didn’t have to stress about our house being put back together. I feel like this was great customer service from the insurance explanation to the cleaner. Our house is now nice and warm and our roofs look so modern. Thank you Goodrich!

Six years after Goodrich did an excellent job of replacing our roof we changed the home heating and cooling system, rendering the swamp cooler redundant. Goodrich disconnected and hauled away the unit and patched the penetration so well it’s hard to tell where it was to begin with. I highly recommend Goodrich Roofing.

They are honest, professional, great to work with, and the workers are very experienced which have also been with the company a long time. We thought we had minor leaks around a skylight. Goodrich found more extensive damage affecting a larger section of our tile roof. They dispatched a crew the same day to do repairs. With rain threatening, the crew worked very late on a Friday evening to complete the repairs. It rained hard all weekend and without the extraordinary effort by Goodrich we may have had a serious problem. Thank you!

We had an old leaky balcony so Goodrich removed old brick and roof, replaced and re-sloped the water drainage and on one side of my house extended out the tile roof for better drainage to prevent stucco damage. It was done quickly with better quality material to prevent future balcony roof leaks. All work was done in timely fashion and left no mess behind. It was done at a great price.

Started work on my neighbor's roof at 7:00 in the morning and didn't let anyone in the neighborhood know, but that was my neighbor's fault too.

What is irritating is not the first time they blocked our driveway, Had to tell them to move and the just go and block another drive.

Are you not allowed to park in the drive of the house you are servicing?

Does it make sense to use loud gas run tools in the morning, does the noise ordinance allow that, do you check?

Recently had Goodrich Roofing due to a small roof leak in living room. Paulo Varela did a thorough inspection of the roof in a very timely manner and determined that the vents needed to be sealed and some needed replacing. This was wonderful news and a lot better than needing a new roof. I believe that this was a very honest assessment of what needed to be done.

Great communication, fair pricing, quick and quality installation, and our seamless gutters look great! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and quality product. Work crew was polite about parking, neighbors, and traffic as wells efficient; they had the job done in only a few hours.

Appreciated the consideration and honest assessment of Joel, the crew chief. I feel confident he really cared and did his best to repair the leaks even in less than ideal weather conditions. I honestly don't know if successful because the rain has been too sparse but I do feel Joel is knowledgeable and competent.

Hired Goodrich to install flashing for a new stovepipe. They showed up right on time, and got the stovepipe installed quickly. Even though the stove manufacturer had sold me the wrong flashing, they went out and got the correct one and finished the job without much delay. Would definitely recommend

In preparation for solar installation, we needed our roof inspected and areas fixed. I called Goodrich on the advise of an insurance agent, spoke with Paulo and he came out the next day with his drone and found several areas where repairs were needed. Joel and his crew came to fix the issues, working in the hot sun on a metal roof, for most of the day. He found several problem areas and went out of his way to come up with solutions to issues that were there from the builder. Most of all, I felt that Joel really cared about his job, cared about protecting our house, and I felt that we were important customers to him. I would highly recommend Goodrich Roofing, and would not hesitate to call them again.

As a person who knows nothing about roofing I was really grateful that Johnny and Paulo took the time to explain things to me. They presented me with options and were responsive when I had questions. The gentlemen that came to complete my roof were respectful and kind. They cleaned everything when they were done and the foreman was respectful and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt as though my questions were responded to promptly. I felt confident that things were done well and the inspector who evaluated my re-roof after the crew was done said he was impressed with the work. If you want a company who treats customers well I would highly recommend.

UPDATE: I wanted to add an update. I can't say enough about this company. Their workers are really just wonderful people. Honest and true to their word. I do hope this company knows what a gem they have in Joel.

Had to help my aging parent replace a roof in a super strict community, Goodrich sent Chris out and he was a huge help throughout the process - he obtained the permits, worked with my mom's insurance company directly and even got an HVAC company onboard to help with all of the work to remove the A/C and get it all done! Very professional, and Chris was extremely helpful in answering questions whenever I had them - the city made a mistake and Chris answered a question right away and helped clarify what was going on. This company saved my sanity and helped replace a hail and wind torn roof without a headache. They contract the work, but inspect the work done and go through all the small details to the letter! Highly appreciate Goodrich, would recommend these guys.

Goodrich is AMAZING to work with. They very responsive and their pricing is by far the best in the state. We had an amazing experience with them and would highly recommend them. Their repairs are completed with the highest quality.

They did a great job on my gutters and were able to replace the path of the gutters that had previously been done. The work looks great and they were completed quickly. The team they sent out was professional and friendly and the job site was left clean. I was very pleased!

Nothing but trouble. We hired them for a tile roof. They stripped the roof completely then disappeared for ten days during the rain. The result was damage to ceilings in our already redecorated home. They then sent a shingle team to install tile. The job was done incorrectly requiring a reroof by the appropriate team. The resultant work was poorly done requiring continuous repairs by another roofing company. Just this week we hired another roofing team to secure tiles that had not even been attached to the roof, just sitting there. Endcaps and ridgecaps have simply fallen off due to improper installation. They are expensive and do not respond to warranty calls unless threatened. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely a great company! I am currently serving overseas in the military and was working with Goodrich when my mother become ill. They made sure to call me and send emails (even thought I was 8 hours ahead) and set everything up so the week I arrived they were ready to go! They did my moms house in one day and were on time and professional! They did an amazing job on the roof and gutters and matched the spinners on top to the roof! They cleaned the area very well and were professional. They also helped navigate the insurance company with me, which was extremely helpful! All around these guys did the roof in one day and did an fantastic job! I would highly recommend them.

Called for an estimate after 2 or 3 calls, finally a salesman named Carlos called and left a message.. I called a few more times and left a message for Carlos but never heard back. I suppose Goodrich roofing didn't need my business or my money. Needless to say I went with their competition. I suggest if someone is looking for a new roof like I was, they call another company other then Goodrich roofing

Wow they showed up at the house they helped me with the insurance they did a redeck they did the entire roof they even helped put a new roof on my shed without me asking they did a great job 10 to 10 wood recommend.

Goodrich put a new roof on our house about 5 years ago. They were fast and efficient, knocked it out in one day with a huge crew that obviously knew what they were doing. I've only had one minor issue around one roof penetration, and they came out right away to fix it. No issues at all since then. Still looks like new. I recently added a small overhang on one side of our house and wanted to use the same shingles, and needed less than one bundle. I went down to the Goodrich office and they looked up in their files which shingles they had installed, went out back and found a bunch and just gave them to me, no cost, and even loaded them in my car! Great service and good group of guys.

I went with them because of their long time history in NM and their warranty. They were certainly not the cheapest. I will say I was not impressed by their service. My salesperson was hard to get a hold of, I had to call the day before my install to make sure all the necessary paperwork was signed (not my job), and I called to have someone fix something from the install and had a hard time getting ahold of someone. My question is, what is the point of having a great warranty from a company whose service is lacking?

I had needed to replace some of the broken concrete tiles on my roof. I was pleased to find that Goodrich roofing had some used ones in their yard. They are hard to find but I was lucky to find the same color and brand that I was looking for. Then I was so surprised that they charged me a very reasonable price for them. Everyone in the office was super nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Goodrich did a great job doing repair work on my clay tile roof. July 2019. They replaced cracked tiles, sealed around all pipes and then painted the sealant to match my roof color. They also took care of cracks in my chimney stucco. I would recommend Paulo and Goodrich to anyone with no hesitation.

I was NOT Impressed with the company. I had scheduled an appt for someone to come check out my roof and a possible leak i had. When I called the day of the appt., the idiot I spoke with couldnt tell me if or when the person was coming to my place. then had 2 people call me to tell me the same thing. So, i cancelled the appt. And then the idiots didnt even bother to tell the tech that the appt. wasnt cancelled. ANy time I have had techs coming here, I always got a phone call or text letting me know when they would be at my home. But Not this company.

We had Paulo as our contractor and he was professional, kind, patient and courteous. After the job was done, the ground side was clean very well. My house had a lose spot on the stucco from rain that caused the siding to fall off while they replaced the roof. I called Paulo and he came out and fixed it for us without any charge. I appreciate their cooperation with us while it was not completely their fault. Definitely recommend them!

Recent hailstorm damage in 2018 required us to re-roof our home; approximately 3500 square feet of pitched roof and 1000 square feet of flat roof. We selected Goodrich because they were an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor (pitched roof shingles) as well as GAF Certified Master Elite Contractors (for the TPO flat roof). The Goodrich estimate was very competitive with the other two roofing estimates we received. Special thanks to Paulo Varela. He was the Goodrich estimator but he followed through with the work and ensured that the roofing team worked together with the HVAC, skylight, and gutter contractors. Whenever we had an issue (and there are always issues on a large project), we just called Paulo and he took care of it! What else could you ask for?

I called this company to schedule some skylights to be repaired. Unfortunately they don't even answer their own phones. You get forwarded to an answering service which then relays the message to them and they call you back to schedule the job. I was called back and told that a repairman would be in touch to set up a time. Never happened. Very poor customer service.

These roofers were quick, hard working and professional. They did a fantastic job!! We will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends.

Goodrich was prompt in setting up the appointment to inspect the roof. They met with the insurance adjuster to review needed work and quickly set a date for replacing the roof. New roof was installed the day that was agreed upon and everything was left clean when they finished.

I am a real estate broker and have had occasion to work with other roofing companies in the past and I highly recommend Goodrich Roofing!

I drove down and spoke with Jonny S on12.19.18. We developed an amicable plan repairing damages caused by his roofing company.
1.4.2019 Johnny send an email stating I must pay remaining balance ASAP and her will cover damages caused to a trailer. Repairs to the decking have yet to start.
1.7.2019 Johnny again requests payment as a sign of "good faith". Per our agreement on 12.19.18 Goodrich shall complete the work then get paid.
1.8.2019 via the BBB I see court letters written by Goodrich with their plans to sue for work NOT yet completed or having covered damages. Goodrich states that my claims and online reviews are false with the BBB. Per the photos attached here The decking on my house was broken by Goodrich Roofing and should have been replaced when they did the roof in October. Per Owens Corning Product requirements spacing between boards shall not exceed 1/4", I have sections that exceed 6 and 12". My understanding it that this does NOT meet code.

Based upon 1.8.19 information Goodrich's intent is to not cover repairs and attempt to sue for a job leaving this homeowner with a roof that needs to be removed and replaced (per 3rd party evaluation of the roof).

This review will be updated accordingly reflecting resolution of repairs.

Terrible! They breach their contracts and they do not follow through on their word. Our roof is under warranty and we have the paperwork that states we are under warranty yet they would not come by to see the damage done to our roof and still said we were not under warranty. This is a very unorganized company and they do a poor job. They installed TPO to our roof and only a year later we are experiencing leaks from some rain fall. Don’t go here!

If I could leave zero stars I would..... One year after installing a new section of roofing (TPO) on our house it starting leaking.... Leaking pretty severely. Immediately after I noticed I called to see if they could send someone out to take a look and see what needed to be done to repair the problem. Considering it had only been one year and all of my paperwork stated that I had a three year warranty. A representative of the company said I did not have a warranty even though like I said before all of my paperwork said I did. I even emailed the company the paperwork because they seemed to not have it on file. The representative had a hard time giving me straight answer so she kept having to call me back. The last time she hung up the phone she said she was going to talk to her manager and call me back. AFTER ALL THAT I didn't even get a call back. They sent me an EMAIL saying there is nothing they can do. This company has no class. They are unorganized. And completely unprofessional. If you have any pride in your home and do to like to waist your money then use ANY OTHER roofing compay.

I recently had Goodrich replace my roof and was very pleased with their job. The old roof had 2 layers of shingles and needed some drip edge installed. The crew did the job on a Saturday (not a normal work day): Worked it into their busy schedule. They were able to complete the entire job in one long day to include installing 3 roof turbines. They cleaned up the site and did a great job overall. I recommend Goodrich Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.

We wound up not needing a roof repair--but my experience with Goodrich Roofing and their roofing estimator (Mr. A. Maestas) was oustanding. The estimator was very good in communications; he also came again when the insurance estimator came. We chose not to make a repair, but we had a very good experience. When it comes time for us to do a roof repair, we will use Goodrich Roofing.

Very poor. When roofing job was completed the cleanup job was terrible. Picked up over 300 nails around the house and still finding them 3 months later.

After big wind storms in April, called to get loose shingles fixed. Set an appointment in the afternoon and they did not show. I called them and rescheduled for the next morning and again a no show.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Paulo inspected my roof--then worked with my insurance company. He enabled the entire process to progress smoothly and followed through to the end--exceptional service! The roofing crew did a good job and there was no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend Goodrich.

With every good story there is one bad. I called when it was pouring here in Albuquerque. They were so back logged with work they forgot to call me and tell me my project was rescheduled. Due to the circumstances I understood.
With that, this is the roofing company you want to do your work.

Adam Maestas came to my home and took the time to inspect my roof. Once I had made an appointment with my insurance adjuster, Adam took the time to come back out and meet with him. Excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable in his field and gave us the information to choose the type and color that would best meet our needs. We made an appointment and they arrived promptly at 7 AM. The workers were courteous to the fact that I have dogs. They worked hard and efficiently and I could not believe how hard and fast they worked. The entire roof was completed in one day. I will recommend Goodrich Roofing to all of my family and friends. I appreciated the help I got from Goodrich Roofing because the cause of the leak in my bedroom and the repair estimate that I got from Paulo Varela were clearly explained to me. He offered to do more maintenance that will give my current roof some more years before I need to replace the whole thing. Paulo used his cell phone to take pictures of where the problem areas were which was a very honest way to approach the repair costs. I never felt pressured to do more than was necessary because he never suggested I get an entirely new roof! The workers were very punctual and completed all the repairs in about an hour and a half. They cleaned up around the house and invited me to climb a ladder to see all the areas they had sealed. After the hail stopped I looked at the roof and was astounded at the damage that had been done by the storm. I called Goodrich for an estimate and was assured that they could help. From estimate to completed job the PROS at Goodrich Roofing walked me through the process of replacing my roof. They showed up on time and finished the job with BETTER than expected results. The job site was clean, the crew was polite and roof looks GREAT. They worked with my insurance company, which fought me on every detail. Goodrich had to wait eight months to settle on payment and never once did they pressure me for payment. Now thats great customer service.

From sales to clean-up after the job, they were competent and professional. They started and finished the job on schedule and best of all, the roof looks really nice. We are very please with the job they did. Highly recommended.

Just had Goodrich owner yelling at me on the phone and then hanging up on me twice. I went in shortly after and paid the balance of our roofing bill. They jacked up the job with whatever subcontractor crew they used to roof our house. Now it's been an 8 month mess to "try" and get the finished "quality" result we were promised and sold on... After they threatened a lean, we dicided to pay balance (we were holding the last third of payment in the hopes they would make good on their contractual agreement) and now will go after them legally for breach. I tried my best to discuss the issues with the owner today only to be interrupted and verbally berated so many times I finally gave up and paid him. I figured I'll have all the time I need to discuss their breach of contract in the future. I also opened a case with the BBB, for what it's worth, we'll see. There are multiple stories I've now heard from multiple neighbors who have had to deal with the same lack of attention Goodrich puts toward its obligations. I would never recommend anyone ever use the sad excuse of a service business Goodrich roofing has become. What a unbelievable fall a once great company has taken over the past 25 years... It's a sad shame.

Had an appointment to get an estimate on a full roof replacement at 11 am. Took off half a day of work so I could be there to ask questions. Nobody ever showed up, not a phone call or anything. I work in the home repair industry and just couldn't imagine ever doing that to a customer. I know the roofers in albuquerque have been busy but that's no excuse to not even get a call that he's not coming. I'm pretty disappointed.

The replaced my roof several months ago and it was a very smooth process and they did a fantastic job. From estimating, quoting, to installing they were very professional.

Be wary! I had several problems with Goodrich. To name a few, the contractor wouldn’t give me a quote unless I gave him a copy of the insurance payout. After deciding to go with AAA Roofing Co. An employee at Goodrich called me and tried to tell me off for not going with Goodrich. I called and spoke with the owner who was unapologetic and defended his employee’s behavior as well as the company’s low standards of practice.

Excellent service and quality work. Had our tile roof tuned up after a hail storm. They were fast and professional and did a quality roof repair. After some time had passed we had a severe wind gust that bent some roof vents and broke some seals. The team at Goodrich were super and came out and inspected it then repaired it all at no charge! Great company that takes care of their customers! Definitely recommend them for a trusted quality roof repair and service.

Had a conversation when first ordering this (courtesy) inspection with Carlos that the (James) inspector would call 30 minutes before arrival at property for inspection and that all their inspectors take pictures and have cameras. When the two hour window arrived the inspector called to say he had arrived (no 30 minute call so that I could be on site too). He then produced a report with no substantiating pictures of roofing problems? Disappointing waste of time.

We purchased our house 2 years ago to he day. Last week there was a heavy rain and the drywall in one room of the home showed we had a leak investigation showed that the roof had been completely replaced less than 3 years ago in July of 2013, after a week's worth of having to call Goodrich every day they ultimately researched our home until they were able to call and give me someone ELSE'S number just so THAT company could send me an EMAIL explaining the loophole that was found that was able to free them of the responsibility of even so much as LOOKING at the problem, unless I pay them.!!!!

We had two roof leaks on our flat roof. One of them was on a balcony that serves a roof. Goodrich Roofing put a Gacoflex roof on the both sides of our roof and on the balcony area roof. They were on time, and the roof looks great. The roof doesn't leak anymore and has a 20 year guarantee. The price was fair and they cleaned up the old debris when they were finished. I would recommend Goodrich Roofing to anyone that needs roof repair or replacement.

Joel and his crew were wonderful. We had one new penetration that needed to be sealed and we asked the crew to check all older ones. They sealed everything! It was fabulous work and the roof feels much safer now. Thank you!

If you are a residential customer, my suggestion is to run away. Notice that you cannot get a hold of any of the staff or officer workers. All their communications run through an answering service. The service answers but they rarely called back and left us hanging for a month at a time without a response. While much of the installation of our new metal roof was great, a lot of the critical finishing work was poor. They didn't order enough material and used small strips, along with the dirt-collecting caulk, that broke the aesthetic line of the house. They used the wrong size strips that were poor visually. The workers admitted they ran out of materials but were directed to install scraps anyway. They were unresponsive and it took many months before they corrected the issue. We made progress payments along the way. We then found out they damaged the water solar panels on a separate flat garage roof, the ones they were warned to stay away from but used as a path to the upper roof. They made most panels leak with gashes and punctures obviously from dragging and dropping material on them. They ripped one panel out of the roof leaving to move it, ripping tie-down screw holes in the flat roof and dragging it across the flat rock roof and left a damaged turbine installed. We contacted them to come look, but they refused in a letter from the owner that accused us of delaying payment. We had already payed 75 percent or more of the funds. They failed to come over to look at the damage. They materially breached their own contract to not go through arbitration. Instead the served us with a frivolous lawsuit for the remainder of the funds plus attorney fees. We only held back 1000 dollars to get them to come fix things and we ended up paying about 4x more in court costs. They have a vicious lawyer and Goodrich is very litigious - go look up all the lawsuits they have against their customers. This does not seem like a reasonable company to trust. Poor ethics, poor customer care. The actual installation now looks fairly good once we had them come back several times to fix the aesthetics.
