Ricardo and his team were extremely professional and reliable. They did a fantastic job! I had a few leaks before they could come and re-roof and Ricardo was extremely prompt in fixing the leaks! The new roof looks fantastic. I would use Goodrich again.

Goodrich Roofing is a good choice for your roofing needs in Santa Fe. Our house is not an old house, but requires historic review being in a historic area. Things went smoothly with no effort required on our part for the Historic Board permits and approvals as well as the normal city permits and inspections. The offered warranty and annual inspection programs offer assurance that there will be prompt attention to any issues and help you stay ahead of any leaks. They started on time and kept to schedule. When the work was done we waited for the city inspectors to arrive so the project could be regarded as fully complete. No issues.

Very open and professional. Ricardo and his team know what they are doing from long experience. I first used them for a repair to delay re-roofing. Then, two years later, the new foam replacement roof was a display of excellent teamwork and skill.

Follow-up after two years -- The foam was a good choice. Annual maintenance has been minimal. Well done and timely after air conditioning installation made a minor disruption.

The Goodrich Roofing team did a great job for us. They provided a temporary fix for our roof within hours of our first call. They prepared three quotes for us to review and scheduled our service for early the next week. All in all, a professional job at a fair price.

Ricardo , owner of Goodrich Roofing, is an extremely honest businessman. He came to our home to inspect our roof and invited me to come up on the roof with him where he pointed out exactly what needed to be done. Unlike other companies that came out, Ricardo told me that the roof had about an additional five years of life and it and only needed some repairs. To top this, he even told me that there was another company better suited to making the repairs and referred me to a competitor! He is a great guy and I will refer neighbors and friends to him.

Ricardo at Goodrich Roofing was simply the best. If only all professionals were, well, this professional! He was friendly yet to the point. He showed up on time, then took the time to go over every detail of the roof he thought needed attention - pictures and all. He spoke to me in language I could understand (cause roofing is not my expertise) without being patronizing. Also important to me was that he was careful to not make promises before actually "getting in there." I will be hiring him again soon for some new work that I will be having done.

I bought a house 2 years ago. It has a 24 yr old foam roof. The previous owners had done a major refurbishment of it 4 years ago--fixed leaky skylights etc. We don't have any active problems with the roof, but since it's pretty old I wanted to see if there was any routine maintenance I should get done to keep it in shape. I called 3 roofing companies. One said the roof was entirely shot and I should get it re-roofed. Another said I needed a major restoration job with a new coating for about $3200. Ricardo from Goodrich Roofing inspected the roof and explained what I could do to keep it in shape (keep an eye on hail damage, spread the gravel out as much as possible, remove any debris from trees etc.) and said I didn't need any work from him and to call him in 5 years. This was much more in keeping with what I anticipated. He was prompt and professional and seemed entirely above board and honest. I'll certainly call him again for any roofing issues.

I have had great success with Goodrich Roofing. First off, Ricardo shows up on time or earlier than scheduled-this is a big deal for me.

I called Ricardo at Goodrich Roofing of Santa Fe in 2008 and in 2018 to check my roof.

In 2008: We were moving back from Alaska into our home after renting it for 17 years. Ricardo inspected the roof, said it was in good shape and for a reasonable cost, spruced up the canales, penetrations and corrected minor problems.

In 2018: 10 years later I wanted my roof inspected again. Again, Ricardo said the roof could last a while and told me how to maintain it.

However I going to install roof top solar and I need to replace my roof.

Ricardo said he does not install the type of roof I wanted but took the time to go over roofing details so I get a quality job from his competitor.

We talked about different details at the canales, parapets and skylights. Ricardo talked about insulation thicknesses and attachment of that material to the roof deck.

Ricardo took the time write and draw important details on how the new roof should be installed.

Ricardo reminded me to talk to my HOA and get approval for the roofing work too.

To sum it up: Ricardo is pleasant, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He has been at this a long time and he a professional with great knowledge.

These guys were great!! We just bought a foreclosed home and knew it needed a ton of work. They came out and told us it was in great condition. There were a few broken tiles but they explained it was all designed to drain anyway and that the tiles were mainly for looks. No need for change as yet. The Technician even told us that he wished that he could sell us something but we were in no need. I know that in any future events we will definitely be calling them back. Honest, punctual, friendly and thorough all the way around. It really put our minds at ease.

Goodrich Roofing of Santa Fe put the roof on the house I built in 1999. Seventeen years later with annual maintenance for a small fee, this roof is built to last. Apart from a solid foundation, I believe a reliable roof is the next most important part of any structure, and I am completely happy in the knowledge that my home and its contents are safe and secure against water, hail, wind and sun. And those pecking little birds! I have Goodrich to thank for this. Ricardo (Goodrich owner) has the finest crews in the roofing business you can find. They are technically proficient, polite and always on time.

Ricardo put a foam roof on my house (taking off a foot of dirt and fixing a leak in the process), maintained it for 20 years at no cost with no complaints. I highly recommend him. He's very nice to deal with and extremely easy to deal with too!

Years ago, just after having the entire inside of our house repainted before Christmas, a major snowstorm dumped a lot of snow over the holidays. Our roof sprung a leak in our upstairs hallway and made a mess of our newly painted walls and and ceiling. This was in the winter, not during the summer monsoons.
But we don't worry about such occurrences now because Goodrich takes good care of our roof. We're on their maintenance reminder program: every Spring we get an e-mail to set up an appointment, the team comes on time and inspects our roof, makes necessary repairs, and sends a report with pictures showing what was done. We really like this plan, but most of all we like having no leaks!

I asked Ricardo (of Goodrich) to inspect my roof for leaks. He came out within the hour and took photos of suspicious areas and then sent me a report of four pages. I used his investigation to show the roofer who was responsible for the roof (and which was still under warranty) how to make the necessary repairs. He eventually did so and I haven't had problems since. I was very impressed by Ricardo's competence and professionalism.

I had the most pleasant experience working with Goodrich Roofing last week. I contacted Ricardo, the owner, and asked him if he could take a look at a leak where water was coming in through my ceiling fan. He said yes and had a crew at my house first thing the next day. His team lead was professional, courteous, and did a great job of explaining what the problem was and how they were going to repair it -- he even showed me before and after pictures!

Although I hope to not have to call Goodrich Roofing again soon, they are definitely the company I will be calling in the future for any roof related repairs. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Goodrich Roofing on numerous occasions and have been completely satisfied with the work they have done. Usually when you need a roof repair, it's when everyone else is having a problem(torrential downpours). Ricardo always manages to get by to look at the extent of the problem, diagnose it accurately, and send his crew to repair without performing unnecessary work as many roofers do. His prices are extremely fair and the workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend Goodrich Roofing to anyone looking for a competent and affordable roofer.
