I can't say enough good about my experience with GoodGood. First, sales manager Robert worked with the insurance adjuster, using his expertise, to make sure the adjuster saw all the damage to my house -- a tree had fallen on it, causing roof and siding damage in multiple places -- and what it would take to repair it. GoodGood had promised me that the charge for their work would be whatever number the adjuster came up with, and it was. No surprises. So I knew what it would all cost going in. Then, during the work, I found that Robert was easy to reach on the phone when I had questions.
As the work was being done, GoodGood kept me posted on their progress. And their workmen did fine work. The results look great! Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend GoodGood for any roofing or siding work, or really, any housing work.

Robert was very professional, worked with us on price and made sure our siding was repaired before the rains returned.

We have used Jorden and Kevin's services for 4-5 large renovations in the past few years. Our house is super old and so there were many challenges, but Jorden always ensures that we are satisfied with the work and suggest the most cost-effective ways to address any issues. We have dealt with so many contractors that would look you in the eye and say their work is perfectly fine when it is clearly done incorrectly and sloppily. Jorden and Kevin never do that and they ensure that things are done correctly.

Had to replace/re-affix a few pieces of siding and an attic vent cover that had come off and been displaced by a recent wind storm. They did a great job putting it all back together, and even fixed a couple of other exterior issues I had. Price seemed reasonable for the work and parts.

I had a repair in my fascia and soffit under my roof. They inspect my roof and notice that is was not in good shape. They had the quote ready by the next day. We came to an agreement to do the repair, replace the roof and replace the gutter, setup a date to do the work. Their crew work efficiently and clean after the project was completed. In Oct. 2024, I was looking for a reliable roofing contractor to replace the roof of my property in Rockville, MD. I checked many contractors with clients' reviews online. GoodGood Roofing caught my attention who is certified installer and it has no negative reviews.
I requested a quote and later I decided to use GoodGood Roofing to replace the entire roof and capping the trims and facia board.

Provided a timely estimate with pictures of the damage which were hard to see from the ground. Communicated clearly and professionally with us (owners) and the tenants of the rental property and were patient with us despite the time zone difference and being out of town. I had a mystery water leak from outside in my rental property. GoodGood Roofing & Siding came out to inspect the issue. They sent me pics and drawings to explain what they plan to do to address my issue very clearly and verbally communicated to me who is thousands miles away.

When they came to do the job, they did further investigation after taking down sidings, they were able to identify and address the root cause with the repair needed.

I needed to have a wall cap installed for a range hood exhaust. It’s a small job but I’d rather not be on a ladder 16’ in the air anymore. They were prompt, professional, polite, and finished the job in about 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Jorden quoted me a very reasonable estimate to replace a 36 feet long 4 inch wide gutter to a 6 inch wide gutter and larger downspout. Jorden and his team was prompt and professional. I got my own gutter guard and Jorden and his team put it on the gutter without charge. I asked Jorden to replace the front door downspout and he did not charge me. I will use them again.

I moved into a new home and had issues with my gutters draining correctly. I thought. The issue was a clog but the service tech did his due diligence and found the gutters were not sloped correctly. Quickly made adjustments and cleaned them as well.

When I submitted the request online, I received an immediate call from the office and they quickly confirmed an appointment. Quality group that is respectful and responsive. Will definitely call them again for other needs.
