I called Mr. Fernando the owner of Good Work Roofing through a reference. He was detailed about what needed to be done and was clear about expectations with the insurance and repair; as this was my first claim for roofing. Everything went like it was told to me by Mr. Fernando. Throughout the job he let me see the progress with his drone, texting videos and pictures. The roof looks great now it is done.

Also note that the workers were great and greeted me when I walked up to the job.

I couldnt pass this up and had to leave a review. I know how intimidated and cautious we all feel when we need to hire someone to do work for our homes espec costly work, & espec. when so many are known to cut corners or just do shoddy work and then disappear.
Well, This was the best experience I had with a vendor. I spoke to him several times before and throughtout the roof replacement. Always answered my questions readibly and explained ALL.
I was on site every day and his workers always on time and even politely answered questions I asked and
explaining the process. They cleaned up every day and I was introduced to each worker and Mr Rey Lopez repeatedly checked everything going on. Even discussd roofing questions and took me to a store to see & choose my tile colors.
Mr. Rey demonstrated such an openess and sincere patience.His honesty, trust & reliability was on point. As he was and had a very reliable upfront manner about everything. Mr. Lopez demonstrates what every contractor should. What sealed my opinion was that after very serious rain storm he checked the roof before proceeding..and over these last 2023 summer hale & heavy rainstorms, he called to check my roof again. Really who does that? I asked around not a signal has person I know has ever had ANY follow up from a contractor or repair person.
I trust Mr Rey Lopez of Good Works Roofing inplicitely and will use him whenever I can. He has exceeded the importance of being an upstanding and honest businessman & employer. He has an incredible work ethic and respects his clients.
I have gotten 'various' complements on my 'black tile' (color I chose) roof and I love how it looks & has held up after the harsh & recent rain storms. Thats seriously good work as the company is well named and lives up too.
I'm proud to I brag abt my roof.
