Let me start by saying my roof catches hell in these Texas winds…especially the corner lot in my subdivision. Filed a claim and asked a neighbor who had just provided contract work on their roof. A gentleman was parked outside my home waiting to give me his card…I kept driving lol! It was the guy I asked my neighbor about lol! Well the very next day I was answering the door for everyone that inquired about fixing my roof. Cesar from Golden Nail Roofing knocked…I sent him away but YHWH gave me peace about him! Cesar and Carlos came to my home made me feel great on the services they would provide and they came through on everything they said! Cesar was great to work with…very professional and paid attention to detail. My roof looks great with the architectural shingles (upgrade). I needed a new roof, but was really anxious about it because of the high deductible and how expensive they are. This company walked me through the entire process from beginning to end met with my insurance adjuster, handled my insurance claim and put a new roof on my house all in the same week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
